Elegant hotel, look a 5 stars hotel

The hotel is fine, nice location, secure, the staff are very friendly, the Lobby is amazing, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, nice climat around, they have daily pick up and drop shuttle bus to and from 2 interesting shopping malls. SM and Alaya. I preferred Alaya cause have big spaces .. But carefull to remember where the bus drop you cause later its impossible to find cause the place is huge and there is a lot of entrance ( by the way I couldn't find the drop place so i get back by taxi hehe ).
They offering cable TV but a good one not like other hotels. U can watch latest movies from SKI network.
The only problem I got is when ordering breakfast to room , the operator on phone did not explain anything and just ask one question about type of omelette then hang the phone and sent me the worst breakfast that she choose what she decide to sent. So my advice avoid private dining.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is nothing to see in Cebu. Jump from there by boat and go to Bohol and there visit chocolate hills and surrounded area... It's the most beautiful nature place on earth. Cebu it's just a city with lot of polluted air and nothing to see. If u go Bohol make sure u book in Flushing meadows resort , and make sure to ask their city tour.. It's more then enough to have fun and take a camera with enough storage data... Cause everywhere u want to take photos and videos.

We received a courteous efficient check in. Our room was too our satisfaction and the concierge provided helpful tips on getting to our final destination in Moalboal.
Shopping Tip:
The major guitar factories are all back on Mactan Island near the airport. You can easily obtain similar quality without just light bargaining back near the old bridge on the Mactan Is side.

Best Hotel in Asia for value, food and service

By accident, I met the tall, dressed in a dark suit, Swiss manager of Marco Polo and was impressed. This hotel is run as well as any hotel anywhere in the world and I have been around 3 times. I upgraded to the Presidential Suite floor and that provided free meals, free drinks, the penthouse lounge, newspapers, a top of the building walk around area and many more benefits. In October all that cost less than $100 per day. The free food in the PH club house lounge was very good. The roof-top restaurant open to the public has rock lobster that is as good as it gets. In the Philippines, housekeeping is always perfect and this hotel was no exception. The view from the club lounge looking to the mountains is excellent and fun. I spent a couple of days without leaving the hotel, I liked it so much. Next to the pool is a large green canvas that covers a construction area next to the hotel. The noise is minimal in the pool area, but until that is complete the pool area is not perfect as is the rest of the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Upgrade to club level in the off-season and just lounge in the hotel with your family, wife or friend. Take off a few days to enjoy this "best in Asia" for value hotel.

This was only a one night stay waiting for a plane. Was greeted nicely at the door and given good help with my bags. The porter took me to my room but failed to instruct on how things worked inside. This would have been most helpful as I had never been in a hotel before requiring a card in a slot to keep the electricity on.

remember to keep a spare key in the electricity slot all the time to run your AC.
