staff were very helpful. requested a room higher and they were happy to comply. pool clean and staff always there for every request. from the moment you arrive you can tell there management knows what they are doing . staff well trained. always felt safe here in this hotel.

I like the way the lobby people greeted me everytime they see me. I feel like a special person. And they also know how to anticipate my needs, like if I need a taxi, or if I like to ask places to visit in the locality. The people were warm and hospitable.

We were treated to a great buffet at Cafe Marco at the time when Chef Gene and Gino Gonzales were in charge. The selection was excellent and the food super tasty. Most of all, the service staff was most gracious and accommodating.

Stayed at the hotel on business. Got extreemly good service from the staff especially the laundry service which was excellent. Also room service was very good. Restaurant was excellent and etertainment two nights a week really very good. Its a pity there was no entertainment in the lounge on other evenings. Swimming pool area was very nice but at the moment there is a lot of building work next door and it can be noisy if you want to sit and relax by the pool and read a book.
