Perfect breakfast by the pool

it was okay nothing really special. the bed was comfy. the room was clean. for some reason, the alarm kept on ringing during our stay which was so annoying. i liked the breakfast by the pool side. their french toast and eggs benedict were really good. the pool was family friendly. the staff were just okay but could be better.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't miss Casa Verde when in Cebu. They have really good food that's reasonably priced.

Myself and my partner stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room on floor 21. Very quiet room no noise from outside. The food in Marco Polo is brilliant! The dessert selections are just unbelievably good (mouth watering)
The reason I picked this hotel is to bring my parents here for a treat as they havent been in this hotel in their lives. Before Marco Polo hotel was built the land was owned by my grandfather. My parents met here when Marco Polo was being built. My mother used to have a mini store where the guard house is now and my father works nearby until this day.
We stayed at The Grand Hyatt Hongkong and two other hotels in Cebu on this holiday but Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is far better.. One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. We are definitely coming back... (next year hopefully)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cebu Tops is only few minutes away.

Stayed for 9 nights at short notice. No extra charges for our 2 year old and his meals were free. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good views from hotel but you need to use taxis to get into main areas of the city.
Restaurant Tip:
Crossroads area has some nice restaurants

there is no defect to stay

I can say this hotel as one word " no defect"
If you want to be gurantee to stay well. chose this hotel.
The only thing you need is just considering you are affodable to pay it or not.
If you use "promo". you can use this hotel as " practical price"
The view is nice and there will be no regret during staying this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
you will see that there are place which they construct new building in font of hotel in now.
so there will be some noise of constructing until 8 or 9 pm..

my family and i enjoy our stay in marco polo. i could not think of anything that i can complain about the hotel, rooms is big,staff is friendly and helpful. food is nice and plenty of selection. and the view of my room is a nice mountain. over all i love the hotel. ill go back there again with my family.

This hotel is located on Nivel hills in cebu city. However, it is very accessible and very near to main areas. Buffet is very good with wide variety of cuisine and very delicious desserts. Five-star hotel with 5-star service. Although i wish they can improve check-out procedure as it took over 15 minutes to process.. at 5am.
Restaurant Tip:
There are plenty of restaurants in cebu: Japanese, italian, persian, chinese, thai, etc... Very authentic because most are owned by their respective nationalities. I.T. park is about 10 minutes from Marco Polo and night life is very vibrant.

Very nice hotel that gives value for your money
I love the rooms - they're so cozy. My kids love the pool!

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. They're all friendly. The van we requested for early morning the following day was on time. We didn't have a hard time checking out. My kids wanna stay there again when we go back to Cebu.
Travel tip:
Pay attention to the instruction inside the elevator. It wasn't quite noticable because it was written in red. We had a hard time going up. The staff said it's for safety purposes.
