Nice & Quiet Hotel with Excellent Rooms

2nd stay at this hotel, it was good, really liked it. Only 2 pointers to take note for the hotel, which I wrote it on their feedback form and pass to the staff upon checking out.
1. I'm from Singapore and a Chinese but the Welcome card & letter was written in Korean. Though my surname is Lee, it doesn't make me a Korea. I believe there are other substantial information that I gave upon reservation that shows that I'm not a Korean.
2. Ordered Room Service but food served was turning cold, pasta was not hot and were at the state of sticking together. Garlic Bread already turned cold. Waiting time was approximate 40mins for Room Service but was disappointed with the quality of food.
Restaurant Tip:
Cafe Blu offer a very nice nightview of Cebu City. Nice Alfresco dining.

the hotel was modern and well equipped, it was a bonus having internet 24/7.
the lifts were always an issue, they seemed to take for ever to arrive!
there wasn't much in the immediate area but city was only a short taxi ride away.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala Mall is close by as is SM Mall.

When in Cebu we will always come back to the Marco Polo to stay.The staff were always helpful and very friendly..Thanking you for making our stay fantastic..
Shopping Tip:
The SM mall ,and Ayela shopping was great..

I have stayed several time at the Marco Polo and it always lives up to expectations
The staff are freindly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is second to none in the area.
For either business or leisure, it is a great place for a comfortable stay.

Really great hotel with exceptional service.

A really relaxing enjoyable stay with the staff going out of their way and providing very friendly and exceptional efficient service. The room quality was very good with only the constuction of a Condo unit next to the hotel detracting from the piece and quiet.

i think it's batter than waterfront hotel. if you not play casino.
you can see great view in the room.

My favorite higher range business class hotel in Cebu. Away from the crowded areas, high on the hill which means better air quality, but close enough to get into the center of town easily.
Fantastic and helpful staff!
Restaurant Tip:
In Crossroads shopping Plaza I recommend "Blue Bayou" New Orleans style restaurant. And, while you are there, book a massage at Meddah Spa. The best in Cebu!

Great Location
The location is the best feature. Rooms are good. Room Service was good. Shuttle to malls was excellent.

The reception was fine and very professional--just what you would expect. The room was good. The draw back was there buffet. Many supposedly hot foods were cold. Personnel in dining room were not professional and chatted more with one another than caring for patrons.

the hotel with a breathtaking view of cebu city
great view, nice and fast reception staff, delicious breakfast and spacious room

our stay in the hotel was very comfortable. the room is spacious and very clean. the bathroom is complete with amenities. the buffet breakfast was delicious. the only bad thing about this hotel is that there bellboy service is lousy. you need to ask for help because they will just stand there and look at you, they didn't volunteer their assistance to help carry our luggage. this is a bad thing for a five star hotel.
