Nice swimming pool with fabulous city view, very good restaurant and buffet, spa is much cheaper than I could expect, staff is nice and can give you good tourism advice, overall good Bathtub looks old and tired, and the toilet deocration does not match 5-star standard... Quite a nice hotel with very good city view. Hotel rooms are partially redecorated yet some essential items such as toilet, bathtub, sink, etc are not just completely replaced. A bit disappointed to this arrangement. Spa services is good and cheap. Buffet breakfast is great and definitely a plus. Staff are friendly and are helpful in sharing travel tips. Taxi to SM city and Ayala Mall is cheap and convenient. Free shuttle services is also a plus.

An upmarket hotel which is new and clean, with friendly, efficient staff, and great dining options. Nothing within walking distance, have to take a taxi. We particularly enjoyed our stay at this hotel which we found to be great value for money. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service throughout the hotel was 5 star. The pool area was lovely with comfortable loungers and a pleasant bar/restaurant. We were particularly impressed with the sky bar which was very contemporary with great views of Cebu, a great place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset! Overall, a top hotel that is highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip : Sky bar has 2 for 1 happy hour from 16.30-19.00.

Clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Relaxing pool, gym and other facilities. Close to nearby mall and other attractions. Internet service is not good. No wireless in room. Wired in room did not work. Wireless in lobby did not work. Had to go to the business center. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this very modern, clean hotel. The breakfast had a good variety with made to order omelets and fresh fruits. It was more like brunch than breakfast with all the other foods they had. Pool was relaxing and enjoyable. My only gripe is that there is no wireless internet service in the room and the wired connection did not work as well. The lobby was supposed to have wireless as well but that did not work as well. So the only option was to go to the business center. Other than that, the friendly staff will help you enjoy your stay.
Shopping Tip : Go to Allaya mall.. It will take you hours to go through all the shops...
