Renovation
Since MARIBAGO BLUEWATER BEACH RESORT to is continuing to upgrade its facilities and services , Please be advised that

- MOLTO ITALIANO, Italian Restaurant will be open on 01 August,2009

- The Main Beach Wing swimming pool, Allegro Restaurant and the Poolside Bar will be closed for a complete renovation starting 01 August 2009 until 30 November 2009 MARIBAGO BLUEWATER BEACH RESORT have taken alternative measures to ensure the total enjoyment and comfort of the guests in the resort as follows:

- the swimming pools at the garden wing and Amuma spa wing remains open to all in-house guests
- The Cove (Seafood Restaurant), Molto Italiano and the Amuma Spa Café will be open to serve breakfast from 6am-10am
- The Molto Italiano’s operation will be available a 24/7

Please be assured that construction noise will be at a minimum and is from 10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays.

Allegro Restaurant
Enjoy our popular Barrio Fiesta Buffet Dinner Party every Saturday night. At the same time, be entertained by live serenaders and a cultural show that highlights native Filipino folkdances. Show starts at 7:00pm.

The Cove
A live seafood restaurant that overlooks the Alegrado Island and the open sea. Cool and breezy, the restaurant is arguably Cebu’s best place to indulge in the freshest sea bounty. One can choose varieties from seawater aquariums, prepared to your liking. Offers ala carte lunch and dinner menus.

Molto Joli
Molto Joli is an Italian Café that offers fresh salads, pasta, pizza, sandwiches and desserts, as well as cool refreshments. Fronting the Bluewater Art Gallery that features unique works by Filipino Artists, it is the perfect place for an intimate get-together.

Amuma Spa Café & Juice Bar
The Amuma Spa Café is the place for a light fare to complement the Spa’s relaxing therapies. It offers fresh fruit and salads, light meals, and sandwiches. It also has innovative fruit and vegetable-based drinks, milkshakes and flavoured iced teas.

Oyster Bar at The Cove
An open-air bar located on the beach. It has a great view of the beachfront, Alegrado Island and the open sea. It is the place to unwind and enjoy a favorite drink or two. Offers happy hour specials.

Pool Bar
A cozy native-style bar beside the main swimming pool. It offers features unique cocktail and refreshment blends that will quench the thirst after a hearty fun in the sun.

Recreation Bar
Enjoy drinks and refreshments while you play a round of billiards or table tennis.

In-Room Dining
Guest can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the comfort of their rooms. Room service is available 24 hours daily. Also, each guest room is equipped with a well-stocked mini bar, complete with assorted snacks and beverage.

the service and the facilities of the resort are great!!

None

when i arrived the resort, the staff gave me a gift,drink and towel immediately. the service is very very good!!! On the first day, i can't remember what holiday were the philipines celebrating. They offered free drink and food in the souvenir shop. All the staffs were very nice there!! They greeted the guest every time once we had eye contact!!!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Be careful the taxi driver that the resort offered.

Good location, safe man made beach for families with kids. Swimming pools to enjoy different atmosphere.

Though the hotel is conveniently located from Mactan Airport, the noise even in the late night from a nearby disco was quite disturbing. Pool guard could use much more strict rules to people with shoes in the pool.

Diving service was excellent and staffs were very helpful. We enjoyed diving around the areas very much. We were impressed with very good foods and professional services by staffs in the resort and restaurants, however it would be nice if the cafe near Amuma Spa had bigger selection of alcohol beverages . We would also appreciate it if the resort could provide better conditioned rackets for table tennis.

Restaurant Tip : Take a short ride with motor bike called Tuku Tuku to the near by Lapu Lapu shrine to enjoy sea foods at the fish restaurants situated in the areas with mangrove.

the private beach was quite nice than I expected. Specially the small island in front of the beach make the overall beach sight nicer!!

the servise of the staff is very low.

I would say this hotel is small version of plantation bay but the quality of the service are surely lower than it. But dont know how to judge it coz actually the price is much lower than those 5 star hotel and the food inside the hotel also cheap so you can order more freely...
