clean room, especially bathroom, helpfull and attentive staff

Generally good & nice stay in this hotel. However, going there by car was not easy due to the unpaved road and chaotic parked tricyles along the way. Street was narrow and dusty. Unfortunately pool and restaurant where not at the hotel’s location.

Good, comfortable budget accommodation

The staff are friendly and generally helpful. The included breakfast is tasty and sufficient to start the day. The rooms are budget but are comfortable enough. The owner, Alfredo, was there and he is very friendly and generous. We extended our stay for another 5 nights. The snorkelling and diving here is beautiful.

Las habitaciones están bien para lo que cuestan. No dispone de restaurante pero no es un problema.
El personal es amable y el servicio de mantenimiento y limpieza funciona perfectamente.
Se encuentra a dos pasos de varios centros de buceo, especialmente Savedra Dive Center ( recomendable).
Un lugar sencillo pero suficiente para relajarse durante unos días.

最初に通された部屋が、ニッパハットのボロッちい部屋。
エアコンとファンが付いていてベッドはきれいなシーツだったけど、狭くて暗い。べニアが剥がれかけた棚に古そうな冷蔵庫。床は板で、歩くとギーギー音がします。昨年宿泊したマルコサスと同等クラスを想像していたのでがっかり。中心地で朝食が付いているので割高なのか？と考えながらバスルームをのぞくと湯沸かし器が付いていません。「ホットシャワー付きの部屋を予約したはず」とフロントに言うと（マリーナのフロントは誰もいなくて、カバナに言いに行きました）、チェックもせずに「トリプルルームなら空いていますよ」という答え。もちろんOK！ということで、部屋を移動しました。
移動先の部屋は広くてキレイで明るくて、先ほどの部屋とは全く違いました。お湯が出なかったり、エアコンが効かない時もあったけど、スタッフに言うとすぐに直してくれました。朝食は歩いて1分のマリーナレストランでいただきます。海沿いで良い雰囲気です。混んでいて30分くらい待たされた時もあったけど、パンや卵料理などどれも美味しかった。
スタッフはフレンドリーで、周りにはレストランやバーなどがありロケーションも良い。敷地内にプールはありませんが、カバナのプールを利用することができます。モアルで朝食付きのホテルは少ないし、コスパは良いと思います。

チェックインも遅くなってしまいましたが、ガードマンの方が丁寧な対応をしてくれました。ロケーションもよくモアルボアルを満喫するには最高です。朝食は移動しないとだめですが朝食付きのプランのためリーズナブルだと思います。

立地は良好。設備はフィリピンのホテルとしては良好。

昨年・今年と２年連続で利用。朝食付・日中はダイビングという利用方法。
パナグサマビーチの中心地、ゲートを出て１０秒歩けば海岸。ホテルの前にはダイブングショップやプールバー等があり立地良好。田舎町ではありますが、メインストリートより８ｍくらい引っ込んだ場所に位置しており、一定の静かさを保っています。部屋は一般的なビーチリゾートです。シャワーの温度も水量も問題ありません。エアコンに関しては壁に埋め込む一体型でありうるさく感じる方もいるかもしれません。ファンと併用すると快適な室内空間になります。
朝食はホテルより徒歩１分の系列店を利用します。
アメリカンＢＦは卵料理（焼き方自由）・ベーコンかハム・トースト２枚ジャムバター付・コーヒーか紅茶・パウダーから作ったジュース
フィリピンＢＦはライス・ソーセージをあげたようなものが主で上記飲み物
サラダＢＦは生野菜の盛り合わせにトーストと上記飲み物を軽めなもの。
味は好みもありますが、比較的美味しいと思います。７：００～利用できます。
Hotel Feature Tip:
フィリピン初心者の方はトイレ・シャワーの日本でのイメージを捨てて訪問することをお勧めします。ＷＩＦＩが安定しないことがあります。ホテルの受付の方は一生懸命にこちらの言うつたない英語を理解しようとしてくれます（フィリピン人はこの手の方が多いと思います）。近くにはサリサリがあり、ランドリーを引き受けてくれます（夕方出して翌日の夕方仕上がり）。ランチやディナーのレストランには困りませんので楽しめます。

モアルボアルのpanagsamaビーチ全体が狭いので、ビーチに面していないこのホテルでも十分楽しめます。ホテル内がちょっとしたガーデンチックになっているので、無理にビーチに面しているホテルよりも良いかもしれません。ビーチに面しているホテルは満潮時はかなり水に洗われます。
