Great pool, nice grounds, good staff, great location.
Front Desk staff not so friendly. Also they charge for internet and the connection is not so fast with the interface they put in!!!!

helpful, friendly staff; excellent food; nice rooms; great cost
This was my first time in Cebu area and I had heard many good things about the Montebello. I was not disappointed with what I had heard. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. The room and food were excellent for the price and I had an enjoyable stay. The facilities are great and the garden is especially beautiful. I will be staying there again and look forward to the same friendly, caring people.

Beautiful grounds, big pool, nice dining, great breakfast, the staff at the pool and dining have been with hotel for a long time and are very good! Rooms are nice and have been updated! Love this hotel. Will continue to stay there when in Cebu.
Front desk staff, all business and not much fun. They charge for some kind of internet service. The rooms I have stayed in (3 different ones)had no light by bed for reading.
This is a great hotel and I will stay there anytime in Cebu, close to things and lovely grounds, and nice rooms. great staff.
