not as good as expected from the description. Our room had a damp smell when we checked in and the furniture was old and shabby. However was very pleased with the big bath tub and the clean bed sheets, which made up for some of the shortcomings

Affordable luxury
We love that the place is in the heart of the city and that it is accessible to local restos. We also love the resort feel of the hotel as contrast to a high rise hotel building.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really helpful and kind. The room we had was quite basic and the bathroom was quite small too. If the rooms had balconies it would help.The air con was extremely loud. The pool was lovely and the breakfast choice was great.

The hotel was so crowded during our stay since it was Easter.The pool was so dirty that my daughter had redlike spots and was scratching all over her arms and legs after swimming.

A haven and fantastic hotel for families.
Secluded hotel but near enough to all attractions and shops, great for island visitors.

I stayed with all my family. We all occupied 2 rooms. I had visited this hotel each time I visit the country for over 20 years now. During this stay there reception staff could do with more customer service training. The rooms are getting seedy & I had to move around because they room was flooded. Nevertheless, I love the location and the homely environment. I will visit again soon.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is great for travellers who need peace at the start & end of day.

Great hotel except front desk clerks!

Cozy place to stay, great breakfast for Filipino standards.
However, the front desks clerks are not familiar with the rate or charge for kids. I have asked them several times but could not give me the exact answer so I had to log on to their site. Those people working in front should know more about their tasks and not make mistakes in filling in the breakfast stubs. I had to correct the ladies for two mornings for my breakfast stubs. The breakfast was great though, for Filipino standards. The people in charge ( dining area) were very accommodating. Kudos to them!

My whole family enjoyed our stay with this hotel. I will highly recommend this to all travelers. The place is so nice and it is a walking distance to shopping area. My children enjoyed the pool while listening to the band. The garden is also very nice and very spacious to run around.

My favorite place in Cebu
Garden, pond, and pool, and an excellent breakfast.

They have fixed their wifi service, now free and everywhere, which truly helps. I love this place and having a small child was hassle free.
