The hotel accommodation fits to my need - near the venue of our convention and i feel i was at home (in Manila) because the hotel is a typical Filipino house.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is close to a Korean restaurant, spa, KTV bar that offers Cebu's best foods and pulutan.

Quaint place to stay

My stay was pleasant. The pension house is not a hotel, but the staff does try to accommodate your needs. There was wifi in my room and a good working television. The bathroom is also a comfortable size. Unfortunately, while the staff are very nice, they are not quite knowledgeable about places to go in the city (that is, places where locals hang out). I was in Cebu to see a show at Ayala Center though, and the location of the Pension House was very convenient.

アヤラに近い、部屋がゆったり、屋上に洗濯物が干せる

まずこのホテルに言えるのはアヤラモールに近いということです。
歩いて10分くらいのところにあるので便利。ただ目の前の道は車の通りが激しいので夜でもうるさいです。
部屋によっては温水がでないところがあります。
基本的には部屋は快適です。私は洗濯物なんかは屋上に干すことができたので騒音以外で困ったことはありませんでした。

アヤラモールまで歩いて10分ほどのところにあるので暇なときは時間をつぶせます。部屋は全く普通、ネットは部屋では使えず、シャワーはお湯が出ませんでした。近くにできたTUNE Hotelにも泊まりましたがそちらのほうがパフォーマンスはかなり上でした。

호텔의 느낌보다는 가정집에 몇일 숙박했던 느낌이었다.
화려한 인터리어나 막 지은 호텔처럼 깨끗하고 세련된 느낌은 없지만, 저렴한 호텔이 필요하다면 추천할 만하다.
직원들도 너무 친절하다.
다만, 객실내 청소가 잘 되었을까라는 의심이 가끔들기도 했다.

소음은 좀 심했어요.
그냥 가격대비 위치가 좋았구요
택시타고 아얄라까지 갈필요가 없어서
이동경비는 많이 줄였던것 같습니다.
도로가에 있어서 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 못잤던 기억이 있긴한데..
나름 만족했었던. 호텔입니다

위치는 베리 굿 ~
하지만, 수압은 매우 약하고, 택시 기사들이 잘 모르기에, 옆에
골든 픽 호텔로 데려다 달라고 함..
욕실 비품 없고, 개미 있지만, 깔끔한 편임..
그냥 그럼..
