This is a great place if you are from Korea.
There were no best things about this place.

Very over rated. Food was bad. Menu is in Korean with some Pinoy food as well. If you don't want Pinoy or Korean, you are simply out of luck!
One of the reviews raved about seeing Negros Island, but they didn't call it Negros. I laugh at that because you cans see Negros from virtually any point on the west side of Cebu Island.
The room was ok, but not more than that. Much to my surprise , there were no premium channels on the TV only the standard Filipino offerings. Not what I would expect in a room in this price range.
The food was not good at all. It was poorly cooked and poorly presented. I had fish that was so undercooked it could qualify as sushi. Which is ok if I'd ordered sushi,b ut I infact ordered grilled fish .

The Ilo Ilo area near Santander has to be one of the most under-rated tourist locations in the region. Great beaches, awesome views, friendly locals, a real tropical paradise.
The Nobelese is ideally located to take advantage of all that. It also has a great pool and very friendly and helpful staff.
Tremendous value for a couple or a family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Noblese is only 50 yards from the ferry to Dumaguete and is near the bus route to Cebu, so it is very easy to access.

Nice hotel lost in the south of cebu
Very friendly staff. Nice view ( you can see the other island). Basic rooms with tv.

We arrived at noblesse resort in afternoon just when typhoon signal was given. We did not do much because of that. We only stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

i traveled with my parents and little children and they accommodated us with great service with smiles. we requested to stay in the ground level rooms and near the swimming pool because the children with us love swim and the hotel front desk and staffs gladly grant our request and were very helpful to bring our things. great location for a resort if you want to do whale shark watching.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
about 15 kilometers away for whale shark watching in Oslob.

Location is 2-3 hours from Cebu city To get there you either have to take a taxi 3- 3500 pesos or a bus so make sure you organise transport to get there.

メイン道路から看板も全くなく、まず夜中に見つけることは出来ないレベルです。
ホテル自体は昔のリゾートホテルをフィリピンクオリティで再現した感じで、作りは大きく優しいタッチだが、人は愛想は良いがスローペースで、ホテル設備は半壊している状態。
ふらっとセブ島南端まだ来てのんびり過ごしたいと思うならオススメかも。

景色は良いが、他の全てが良くない。食事、アメニテー、従業員の対応が良くない。部屋は温水シャワー器が付いていたが、壊れていて水しか出なかった。

韓国系のホテルだけあって、韓国料理が美味しかった。ホテルの目の前から船に乗ってダイビングに行けるロケーションが素晴らしい。スミロン島、オスロブのジンベイザメツアー、アポ島に行くのに、便利の良い場所。ドゥマゲティから船で３０分と便利。リゾートはまだ新しく快適だった。
