Me and my co teacher had a wonderful time during our stay. Its not really big,however the staffs there were so friendly and hospitable. If we will be back in cebu, we want to stay in same hotel.

Totally different rooms in NS royal pensione.
Only suite room is good. (Other rooms under suite are highly not recommended.

Deluxe must be below other deluxes in other hotels.
Dirty enough in all places in deluxe room.
Shopping Tip:
Mango squares has many clubs where gays and filipinos who try to fish u due to money or deceive u in your hotel.
Robinson mall is a just normal and rather small shopping mall and does not provide many things like somthing special for foreigners.

Hotel in a good location, by Mango Avenue (bar area). Taxis to other area of the city (malls and downtown) was reasonably priced. Lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. No wifi, but breakfast is included. Somewhat helpful staff. The room was on the small side, but comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay, the bedding was clean and neat. The View from the room was pretty good, however there is quite a bit of traffic on the street in front of the hotel. For the price and location it was a good deal, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are kept clean.

Value hotel / pension house in good location

As you would expect from a pensione house decor lower standard compared to mid range hotel but room was large, clean and had the entire side wall as a window.
I'm guessing Fuente Osmena is a reasonable tourist place to stop except for the masses of beggers and street sellers (not near the hotel). Street outside dark at night but fairly safe.
Has the potential to be very noisy outside at night due to club opposite(esp. Fri/Sat/Sun). If your looking for a good nights sleep ask for a quieter room.
Short taxi away from Ayala mall. For the ultra fit can run into the hills behind Cebu and back in 45 mins if you go the right way.

It was a good place to rest. Although at night you can hear concerts everywhere but not too bad on weeknights. The feature of the room we got is the same as the picture advertised. The front desk was very helpful.
