Clean and spacious room at reasonable price
Pleasant room ambiance [good arrangement, clean and enough space for two], hot shower available and not too far to hail a taxi

We stayed at room 1B and the A/C is quite noisy, shower head leaking [loose head fittings], food not readily available though we had a good breakfast; actually we're already hungry when we arrived and we opted to take order for lunch delivery on a fast food because according to them it would be faster than to take order from them.

Uses key card that automatically shuts OFF and ON the whole power inside the room.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet area.

i travel to cebu from bohol quite a lot and always stay at palazzo pensionne. i usually just have a standard room which is just fine. but my last visit i was upgraded to a delux room and it was in their new extension. the large bedroom was excellent with a beautiful modern bathroom and large flatscreen tv. the palazzo pensionne is rated as a 2 star..it should be a 3 star and is much better than many 3 star hotels that i have stayed in. best pensionne in cebu!!
stay here and you will be very pleased with the pensionne and friendly helpful staff. they have their own hire car and a really nice driver...pay him 100p to take you anywhere in the city.
Restaurant Tip:
I have enjoyed some nice meals and recommend the steam fish...very nice.Small Restuarant but nice food!
But for a real treat visit The Lighthouse Resturant only 15 minutes walk in Mango Avenue...beautiful place and great food!

the hotel was clean and but infested with ants. the breakfast was adequate but optionally eaten at 6:30 which we saw as a small perk. overall because of major renovations to the hotel, we rated the hotel as average

had no complains.Great stay.Only point of concern was the other travllers residing in other rooms which was not satisfactory.Breakfast was good and apt.The staff were also friendly and were willing to get taxis from the nearby stand and had maps of the city for our reference

Good hotel with friendly staff
Good sized rooms that have been recently renovated

the hotel is located in a residential area in cebu city so it is quiet at night.
it is a short taxi ride to most places of interest: ferry terminal, fort san pedro, magellan's cross, ayala mall etc.
the hotel provides a basic breakfast included in the price.
staff are helpful and provided us all the information we required.

Well located fornight life.

Older style hotel but clean and has a cute cafe with good prices.
Staff are very friendly and respectful. Nightlife is not far away and could be walked but better to catch a taxi or motorcycle.
I stayed here for nearly a month and was well looked after.

from the outside the hotel dosen't have a great appearance. but once inside you will get a very plesent surprise. the decor is lovely, large bedrooms and bathrooms with shampoo etc.the rooms were serviced everyday and towels etc replaced.the beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet. the staff are extreemly friendly and helpful. my wife spent 2 nights in a private hospital during our stay and this hotel was much cleaner than the hospital.we travel to cebu each month and will continue to stay at the palazzo pensionne. best pensionne in cebu!
Restaurant Tip:
The food at the Palazzo isn't bad although the free breakfast isn't great. But 10 minutes walk from the hotel is The Lighthouse restaurant...beside the Mango Park hotel. Excellent restaurant with great food, great service and spotless clean.

The hotel is very clean with amenities available to everyone's needs. Although there is the usual soap, shampoo, towels etc in the room, I am more impressed that there is slippers/flip flops in the room for us to use. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Palazzo Pensione is within the heart of the city but the street lights are not bright enough leading to the hotel. I think this hotel is far better off compared with the other 2 star hotels I stayed in other European countries.
