Great location but small toilet

the location of the hotel is within the city center vicinity. taxi's are just around the corner so you wont have to worry about it. also the room itself is large enough for couples with kid staying in this pension house. though the downside of the room is the toilet, it was small and a bit dirty. but still for the price that we paid for the 3 night stay, it was all worth it. enjoyed staying in this pension house. will be suggesting this pension house to my friends who will visit cebu.
Shopping Tip:
The pension house is near the ayala mall. Better be ready with your cash for shopping and dining in the area.

well located but very little to bring it out of the average rating.
typical of this is the lack of printing from the hotel computers so very limited if u have business requirements.
room was okay but again nothing to make it anything but average.
same breakfast although it was included.
Hotel Feature Tip:
New rooms might be nicer if u dont mind walking through dining room.

good location, nice rooms. pitty it was a construction site. good sized rooms, clean and tidy. bed was small and noisy. breakfast was not much, but ref to the price it's ok. friendly and serviceminded staff. the hotel is located at a back street, and not too noisy. would stay there again.

our family trip to cebu is a dream come true. It was pleasant to stay in the hotel. The room was big and newly built. There's a big flat screen TV but there is no refrigerator.
The comfort room is big, comfortable, maybe they should add more toiletries like personalized soap, shampoo, lotion, tooth brush and tooth paste.
The staff are accommodating. I will recommend palazzo pensionne to my friends and relatives.

For Philippes already not bad. Big noise at reception when a new guest came in and complained about "non smoker" room, as he booked a smoker room and nowhere on website this was mentionned. Staff replied unpolite. He could not speak with the manager.
Bed is very hard. Towels are in a bad condition. If you want a make up from you room, they find it normal that you have to ask this at the reception. It will not happen automatically and they find this "normal”. WIFI is working well. The small restaurant and the room service are ok. It is located in a small street, close to city centre and taxi drivers know it. There are no small shops in the area.

The location of the hotel is very accessible

the ambience of the room is very quiet and relaxing. the location of the hotel is very accessible to church malls and an hour away to some resorts. the service is also good and the room is always clean. we suggest for you to have an elevator especially if your room is already located from third floor and up. about your meals it is better if you'll add some more variety especially the breakfast. the people are also nice.
