spent two nights there, for the price very good value, hot water, free breakfast, good food, pleasant staff,quite location and very little traffic noise except for the neighbors rowdy dogs early in the morning. we would stay there again.

The room was nice and clean, great doorman, great breakfast, but the hotel is remodeling, its noisy during daytime starting very early.

i was lucky that i got the newly built rooms of the next building.room is clean and big coz its new.only thing is go to shopping center u hve to take taxi.if walk takes 20 to 25mins.its quiet too which makes u relax.

they were doing work on the hotel when we arrived. we were upgraded to a brand new room which was very nice. the work going on didn't cause any annoyance as it didn't start too early.
food is pretty good in this place. we ate after arriving. mango avenue is a 10 minute walk away. a walking tour of the old town looping round to mango avenue and back to the hotel would take around 3 hours.

the staff are very very very very friendly, anybody who says they are not are just crazy. the hotel is very clean and very safe, they will help you in anyway possible , even by calling chow king for u to eat.all taxis anywheres cost no more than 5 usd.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
feed the dogs your left over food outside when u are done eating. also go to mango park at yellow cab pizza and look for the homeless kids and give them food, its such a blessing and god will reward you!

This is a small, clean, quiet hotel with new comfortable rooms. It's in a residential street about 600 meters from Mango Avenue. I walked in the late evening and it felt safe.
Not many facilities apart from wifi and a kitchen open until 8.30pm. No elevator, but I think was only a 3 story building.
All in all a comfortable stay. In between, and walking distance to, the old town and Mango Avenue where the nightlife is.
Free breakfast was terrible but the hotel was still a good budget choice. Recommended.
Travel tip:
Reception happy to call taxi if you don't want to walk. The white taxi's are cheap, safe and reliable. All the taxi's I took knew the hotel.
