My wife has been at Plantation Bay before and spoke highly of the facility. Hence I tried this hotel but was disappointed.

Must go to the private pier to watch the sunrise!
- Travel tip : Must negotiate with taxi driver if you take rides to PB. They tend to rip you off by charging triple of the meter fare. you might add 30-50 peso to the meter fare to "compensate" their "loss" by the long journey to PB.

First room we had was a lagoon view room without any view of the lagoon. But it was easy to change room.

The location is a bit outside of Cebu city, and you are limited to 4 resturants and 1 shop inside the resort. However if all you want to do is relax, this is all you need...
- Shopping Tip : Hotel will arrange transportation for you into Cebu City (20-25 min) where you can go shopping in the larger shopping malls.

Everything is okay but taxi is not always available. So, have to wait for taxi to arrive.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is restaurant called Anton. If you go there, you can have seafood under low buget and the place is really nice view.

- Hotel Feature Tip : Sufficient activities that you do not have to leave hotel grounds, there is nothing else nearby so this is essential.

A nice place to stay for a honeymoon or with a family. Everything available on the premises, but due to the remote location everything has its price.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The spa and massage centre are a must to visit and enjoy.
