Not worth a second visit...

for a 5-star hotel, you'd expect a no discrimination policy and a more attentive service. We wanted to dine in one of the restaurants, but were told that guests who had wet clothes (from a dip in the lagoon/pool) can't dine in. However, guests who came after us and also had wet clothes were not told of this restaurant policy. As to the slow/absent service, we requested for a tidy up of our room since we'd be out from 9am til 1 pm, but when we returned the room wasn't clean and we had to complain 3 times before they sent two people to clean up the room. These incidents totally ruined our impression about the hotel. Definitely not worth a second visit....

Perfect for families with awesome service
However menial a request or query, the staff always made us feel important. Food taste & preparation was always at its best. Surroundings were clean and very relaxing.

This hotel was a too expensive for my taste, but it was worth staying a couple nights just to see the place and what they had to offer. The gun range was cool. I had my nephew and daughter fire handguns and assault type rifles for the first time. They had a lot of fun shooting. The Italian restaurant was very good and had nice ambiance. I was put off by the really hard beds. They had no padding on them. We had to have management bring bed toppers so we could sleep comfortably. This should have been done before we were given the room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good place to just stay and relax. Enjoy the salt water pools and good restaurants. Good place to just kick back and relax, join in kareokee at the on site bar/lounge. Great employees and relaxing atmosphere. Really Good Spa treatments. They offer a 6 hour all inclusive spa package that is heavenly.

Had a great and relaxing time. The resort is quite spacious and love the fresh water pools. Food is a little expensive but as expected.
My only complaints are:
Need more of those beach chairs as I can't find one available on the first day.
Not much on the salt water pools. Maybe add more props.

I felt that plantation isn't good...

I was a little bit disapointed because I felt inconvenience about water and a lot of limitation
First, There wan't much water in Plantation bay...I think we paid expensive charge but they gave me only a water of small bottle..when I ask about it, they told me that we have to buy the water(It's 100peso)...
Second, we have to pay lots of fine, when we bought some food at another mall....there wan't market in there. It's so inconvenience..and we had to wear our shoes in the room...floor of room wasn't good...
Anyway, I never go back there again...
