excellent standard and location

a really good standard compared to other 'local' hotels. more on the lines of an european hotel. very nice swimmingpool area and security very high which was reassuring.
only problem is that sometimes the staff ask you for extra money for early checkin and as alot of flights arrive in the very early morning, it doesn't mkae for a good start for your holiday when they ask you for more money. i would understand if the rooms were not free and ready but when they are, why not keep a client happy and give them the room to realx after a long trip.
this is something that really annoyed me and the management should exercise common sense as a hppy client will always return.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take a taxi everywhere and ask them to put on the meter- they are cheap and quite fair compared to other cities.

Very convenient location and functional hotel

Hotel location is very close to Ayala Center. I could go there on foot. Exchange rate of a bank next to the hotel from USD to PHP was better than inside Malls. the hotel room was simple, very clean, good enough space, and comfortable. I liked reading book beside a swimming pool, so there was cool, quiet, and fresh air. Hotel staff was courteous with guests. If I have a chance, I would like to stay the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is very close to Ayala Center, and not so far to SM shopping Mall.

Great hotel, with clean room and everything a modern family need. Pool was good enough and food was very good. Bread was a surprise, beast bread i ever got served in Philipines.
Restaurant Tip:
Alot of reataurants in Ayala center.

Very Nice clean hotel
Good location, an easy stroll to Ayala mall

First time here and it was a pleasant surprise. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room spacious and comfortable (one of the most comfortable beds i've slept in!)
It is a no smoking hotel throughout, but fortunately the room had a balcony!

Good hotel in a great location

I enjoyed my trip to Quest prices are good, hotel is new and modern and the location is very close to Ayala Mall.
Staff are always friendly, room service and food is quite good. WiFI was also quite good.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala mall across the road. There is also a place round the corner near Park Lane if you want to do cheap Laundry

Nice Hotel with a great service

I stayed at Quest Hotel for 3 nights. This is the 3rd time I am returning to stay here and Quest never disappoint. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is close to everywhere in central cebu. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel is about 40mins drive to the airport
Restaurant Tip:
Never leave cebu without checking out this nice restaurant Casa Verde which serve the best grills around

it is one of the best hotels i have stayed in philippines. the staff are so friendly and always smiling. the restaurant food and service is 5 star. the rooms are very big and clean. the lacation oppersite ayala mall is very good. the gym needs to improve for serious trainers . but ok the hotel is 4.5 stars

We stayed at Quest with my family including my wife and two kids for two nights. The hotel has good location just next to Ayala mall and the staff is professional and polite. There's also a pool area which is quite nice.

We got this hotel fir a great discounted proce! The room was small but very bice! Hotel manager was very accomodating! They have massage service too! I love this hotel! I will definitely stay here again!
