I had a great time at this hotel. It is right across the street from the Ayala Mall. The staff was great and made you feel at home. One of the best hotels i have stayed at. The room was clean, comfortable,and not a single problem. The wifi in the room had a good connection. I am definitely staying at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were so warm, helpful, prompt and rendered their service with a smile. The room given to us was at the corner of the building so we had a great view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. The same is true for the bed which was king-sized. We were so satisfied that we decided to extended our stay for another night. The buffet breakfast was good, satisfying and with choices were a lot. Location is great. Hotel is just across Ayala Center Cebu. If we will go back to Cebu, we will definitely stay again in this hotel.

every morning we were amazed to see how many staff members were making sure the guests would enjoy their breakfast.
we found them to be extremely friendly and service minded with genuine warm smiles. the mostly young ladies and gentlemen would engage in short and polite conversations at the table while serving drinks or taking away plates and cutlery.
it made us stay at the table longer, enjoying the atmosphere of the large breakfast hall. the staff at the reception and the entrance, as well as the concierge and security were all very helpful and polite. our corner-room on the 12 th floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. very warm though, because of the direct sunlight, so the airco was a must.the hotel opened beginning of 2012, so it is still shiny new.
since we arrived late in the evening, we decided to order in-room dining. it came quickly, was still very warm and our meals were very tasty. lots of choice on the in-room dining menu.
the hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport. we paid 300 pesos in the metered taxi. it is safe and convenient to arrange a metered taxi when you exit the terminal. follow the signs and go to the desk where some one will assign you to a taxi, writing down your name and the taxi number, so that you can always call with complaints when the taxi drivers shows misconduct.
the ayala mall accross the busy street is very comfortable for shopping and there is a large choice of restaurants.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Since we needed to do a lot of laundry, we decided to look for a cheaper option than have it done thru the hotel.
We found a laundry shop just behind the hotel. (turn right when walking out of the entrance and turn right twice at the corners. Then cross the busy street immediately.) Your laundry will cost 40 pesos per kilo (2 lbs) One day service, ironing and folding will be charged extra. We paid 580 pesos for 5 kilo's for 24 hrs laundry service and had all our shirts and trousers ironed. Very good deal!

The hotel staff is very accommodating. The room is very nice. It has a nice view of the city. I love the outdoor pool. I wish I could have stayed much longer. I wasn't able to try the restaurant though. I sure would visit the hotel the next time I'm in Cebu.

hotel was classy and modern styled, i love how it had free parking for its customers who stayed. i also loved the fact it was in the central part of cebu meaning that everything was accessible to us and not too far.
customer service was one of the best i have ever had while staying in a hotel, if not the best. i love how all the staff in the hotel always showed courtesy and bowed with their hands on their chest as a sign of respect (signature quest hotel bow?). check in baggage service was top notch and security in the parking was always helpful.
only flaw i found was the over pricing with hotel food and beverages and especially the restaurant on the ground floor. as with most hotels, i still do not know why they have to price it so high? you could find a fine dine restaurant in ayala mall (terraces) with the same quality food but half the price of that in the hotel.
i found our bathroom to have a sewege/canal type smell every time we flushed the toilet. even we did not have this problem in our own home back in new zealand, but it could have been just plumbing or something?
we also had a leaking aircon unit which constantly dripped
Hotel Feature Tip:
Save your money and eat out at the mall or other restaurants if you are on a budget with your vacation/holiday. But if you have the money then by all means try their restaurant on the ground floor.
Also bathroom wet floor problem, always ask your room house keeper for a fresh new
