Quiet inexpensive Resort
Inexpensive, clean, quiet hotel

Not a four or five star Resort but clean and quiet. Rooms have two mattresses pushed together to make one king size bed and mattress kept sliding during the night. Staff was Friendly and Professional. On site Cocktail lounge and Restaurant was very nice. SCUBA shop was on site and easy to plan dives.

woaw, surprise and felt this was just perfect for a relaxing stay, next to the water and you could just walk out in the water and see the corals and fishes. this was the only hotel place with a Valentine menu. I felt I wanted to stay one more night here. The staff was friendly and relaxed. they had small pool that look nice but no tiem to use it. They had arrangement for boat trips for scuba divers every morning and afternoon. Room was simple but big. I just like it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the further out you swim the more corals and fish will you see and you will come to a deeper area wíth more to see.

small, but decent and clean room with reasonnable prices. Good choice. Food is ok. But resort located at the most philipines national roasters area yelling all day and night long. Not resting and peacefull. nice ocean view from restaurant.

First time to Moalboal and main reason for going was Kawasan Falls and relax away from arranging our wedding .
Travelled by bus from South Bus Depot Cebu 108 peso which takes about 2 hours and then got a trike to hotel from main city area 150 peso.
Rooms were spacious and we had Garden View rooms (no air/con) fans are sufficient.
Pool is great and area very grassy.
Food at Restaurant was also great and prices reasonable.
If you are into Scuba Diving then Hotel has all the facilities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Kawasan Falls is a must to visit. Get a Trike 700 peso return and then a local guide near entrance 100 peso (he even takes all the photo's). Raft cost is 300 peso and takes you under falls.

The rooms are clean, big enough, but only with minimal comfort. The Hotel is located on a cliff about 20m above sea-level. There is no sandy beach nearby, but it is possible to swim in the sea. Within the hotel is a scuba diving facility: any equipment can be rent, and they organise two dives per day, with friendly guides. Nice places are nearby, only short boat ride is required.

Stayed in a pool view cottage and was very pleasantly surprised..nice room and facilities and on the whole a very pleasant experience all round.
Recommend booking online for any better deals but price are fair and not expensive to my mind.

Our stay was great,,only a couple of things disappointed me,Internet connection in room didn't work well,and no television in our room,they do have but in certain rooms only,the staff was excellent ,prices are good,food is great and reasonable portions,plenty of hot water for showers,and only a short distance to other areas near the beach( restaurants and shops),after everything is said and done ...I would be more than happy to come back there and recommend to anyone else this is a good place for the money.....

stayed in relatively new superior room, which was nice, spacious and clean, and a/c working ok. very good value for money, and staff was just great. if your looking for stay in panagsama beach, this is great location, not in the center of hustle and bustle (not much in panagsama though..), but still an easy evening walk to everywhere.
place is of course great for diving and snorkeling, and everything was very well organized. many superb locations within very easy reach from here. i did my divings with divemaster alberto, a really professional and great guy to dive with, can highly recommend.
panagsama is very relaxed place, no actual beach though, but i wasn´t looking for one. white beach is however within fast, easy and cheap access, if you look for a nice beach for afternoon chilling.

good facilities for diving and biking. the location is close to a small town with all shops and the qulity of the room and swimming pool is good. the hotel is good value for money particuilarly if you like diving and scuba diving right in front of your room.
