Great hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff

Radisson Blue Cebu is one incredible hotel. The view from the room is so beautiful. Love their breakfast buffet. And a huge swimming pool is amazing. The hotel lobby is so huge and grand it makes your jaw drop. Security has a strong presence on the property, which adds to the peace of mind. It's one of the best hotels in the city, hands down.

The hotel looks big and grand. The staffs are well trained and served with smiles. The hotel room is well maintained but without providing a safe. Hotel location is the best selling point as it is close to SM Mall. Guests only need to walk a few steps away from the hotel able to reach the Cebu's biggest shopping mall- SM.

Decent hotel with polite staffs

Stayed for a night and regretted not staying longer.
Reached the hotel at 4pm but our room was still not ready. That was upsetting as i was expecting my room to be waiting for me at tt time. The staff incharge of my check in took my word when i said to her to give me a good room upon my return later. She assigned me a corner room which offered excellent view.
Room was spacious and really clean. Loved the shower facilities although there wasnt any bath tubs.
Overall, i am satisfied with what i got.
Will be back again.

every comfortable and relaxing, always stay at 5 star hotels, but this one of few deserves 5 stars. keep it a secret so they dont put up therer prices. keep up good work

Nice staff and beautiful city

This Hotel location has one of the most comfortably location, in the middle of Down town and close to Mactan airport, also very convenient front of SM mall.
You can enjoy all time since breakfast to diner, good environment and music, most staff very courteous and good attitude, excelled my expectations, I would return again

Try puchero and lechon so delicious

My sister & I are Very impressed and will endeavor to add this hotel on our itinerary for our next holiday. It was a shame that breakfast was not included on the room price so we're not motivated to use the restaurant & don't know its worth. But the overall service was great. Salamat.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel has a covered walk towards a fantastic SM shopping mall. Excellent for those who want to experience living as non tourist & experience local food @ the food court & restaurants with local costs.

We chose to stay at this hotel because we found it on Agoda.com with a good rate. We almost chose another hotel that was $20 cheaper per night and i'm glad we chose the Radisson. If we ever go back to Cebu this will be my first pick unless we're going to go somehwere else to site see. Trust me, if you need to enjoy a relaxing stay at a hotel that is quiet with clean rooms, hot water, cable and ice cold air conditioning this is the place.
