this is a quite good hotel near a big shopping mall. but it is far from beach. room and lobby are big and facility is new. But one unhappy thing is a mouse was found in lobby.

This hotel seemed brand new and everything was modern and updated. Great rooms, very clean, all amenities, and great breakfast buffet with so many choices for food. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The pool area was new and nice. There is a large modern mall next door with lots of shopping choices. Also, the hotel is near the port where we both entered and left by boat, so it was a great homebase to explore the island.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a day trip to Bohol by fastcraft, it's only a short boat ride away. You can either go to the port and arrange it yourself or let the hotel do it for you.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, but my parents and sister joined us as part of a self-organized tour of the Philippines. We were only in Cebu a few days initially, but extended our stay at this hotel because it was so comfortable for my parents. We had stayed in some rather rustic places on our tour and they just wanted to stay here and relax for a longer period before the long trip back to the USA.
Restaurant Tip:
Great Breakfast Buffet! We were able to book a room with the breakfast included, make sure to do so and enjoy:)

an enormous lobby greats you on entering the hotel. room was a premier, which was very spacious. service was always friendly and breakfast buffet had a great selection of asian and continental style food.
