Stayed at the Radisson blu with my girlfriend. Was a great hotel in a perfect location right next to the main shopping mall in Cebu (you can walk there easily). Hotel staff where friendly and lots of amenities. Cant think of any negatives all great! :) will definatley stay there again!

Grand Hotel - lack good F&B faccilities
New, and next to big shopping Mall. Nice & friendly staff

This is a nice new Hotel. Lobby has Grand Feel ... albeit lacking any atmosphere.
During my stay the Hotel was very quiet & lots of rooms vacant - possibly due to cancelation by Chinese Tourist & recent political tention (Philippines / China).
Reception check in team was friendly. Room spacious.
Then my problems - First night Aircon engineer came twice to fix - TV did not work - internet very slow. Second day the toilet did not flush from 8am-830am.
There are very few F&B outlets.
So if looking for nice place to eat or nice bar - this hotels not for you.
I had meal & drinks at lobby lounge bar area 2 evenings after 9pm - was OK. Not special.
The bar man was very good & we chatted, was very hard working and attentive.
Shopping Tip:
Good shopping mall next door to Hotel - though does not open till 10.00am. No early shopping if have early flights.
Do the night before.

Well the hotel is okay and the staff are okay but they are some sort of making some distance from their guest. Is it because they are afraid to be asked of something? Or are they just shy?

The hotel is okay if you will just stay inside the hotel. Once you go out then it is very noisy. The swimming pool is not so attractive, many people around.

Nice clean spacious rooms with a good wifi connection. An inviting pool to beat the summer heat. Good polite and helpful staff. I would definately stay here again if i came back to cebu. Only an incident at the restaurant that left a bitter taste. Even on having 10 empty tables that no one sat on later, so they were clearly not booked, and more tables emptying as we were having our dinner, first they claimed that the restaurant was fully booked and only on further requesting them to see what they could do we managed to get a table. So Book in advance otherwise even if they have 10 empty tables they will say they are full and you may go hungry.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Catch a taxi to the fort, start on foot and most things are within walking distance.
