among the four and five star hotels in cebu city, this one may be best, if the others offer comparable rates(rates alter), this one is your best choice. the staff is very hospital as you would expect in the philippines. the rooms are spacious and clean.
as located in cebu city, it is far from the beaches but also much cheaper than comparable hotels located at beaches. you can however purchase day pass tickets at some of the beaches, e.g. maribago blue water resort for pesos including a good lunch.
directly next to sm mall cebu, so convenient for shopping and eating, but the ayala mall is the better mall in cebu.

Stayed here for 11 nights in December. Would happily stay here again. The rooms are excellent well fitted out, plug sockets in all the right places (by the bed for your phone for example). The staff were very good, the gym is huge and all the machines have personal TVs which really helps the time go quickly when exercising. Pool area is very nice as is the pool. Internet is very quick for South East Asia and free both wired and wireless. The breakfast buffet is lavish although it does miss some basics for Western Tastes, and overall the restaurant is the one area where improvements could be made. Seems understaffed and staff can be rushed and therefore lack the warmth I am sure they are capable of delivering. Half price buffet on Tuesdays is fantastic value but make sure you book, and avoid eating at peak hours to avoid horrendous queues. Convenient location next to SM Mall with supermarket restaurants cinema etc. Can be difficult to get a taxi at times at peak hours due to the location. I personally prefer the Ayala Mall with its Terraces to SM however the Radisson has the the Marriott beaten hands down in most areas so it would get the nod on most occasions for me. A very good hotel and certainly the best in the Cebu City area.
Restaurant Tip:
Casa Verde is excellent value on the Ayala Terraces. Huge portions with good food. Very popular so you may have to wait. Only once has the food let me down which was ribs served with very little meat (mostly rib).

This was a nice place to stay in the city. It is near the SM Mall and has a wonderful Buffett and Swimming pool. The staff is attentive and hospitable. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the city.
Shopping Tip:
Go through the mall via the North Wing to access the best stores and restaurants.

Me and my boyfriend chose to stay @ Radisson Blu Hotel because of it's location being near the Mall and to a lot of places that we wanted to visit in Cebu.We were amazed by the big lobby as we entered the Hotel.The hotel employees welcomed us with all smiles and helped us to check-in with no hassle.The Christmas decorations around the Hotel was really beautiful especially the big Blue and white Christmas Tree.Our room was spacious enough with a great view of the pool.We also enjoyed our breakfast which was included when i booked the Hotel.All i can say is that,if ever i go back to Cebu,i will surely consider staying @ Radisson Blu Hotel again.

This is where we stayed for our third leg of our honeymoon. The hotel is fairly new so the room and toilet looks brand new and everything in the room works properly except the customer service.
One day my husband is not feeling well – the nurse is excellent and very attentive. I placed a room service for a bowl of chicken soup for my husband. Instead they deliver a seafood soup. My husband doesn’t like seafood. Call the front desk about the mistake. Front desk told me that the kitchen is still using the old menu – it is a mind boggling to me, chicken soup is chicken soup and seafood soup is seafood soup.
The hotel does not have an ice machine – so you have to call room service. It took almost an hour and two room service calls, for a staff to finally deliver the bucket of ice.
Called room service for a plate and utensils and never deliver.
By far my husband and I don’t like this hotel compare to other ones we stayed.
