Good, food is ok,good location, accessible to all transportation. Receptionist are not comfortable to talk with. Particularly MS. JEAN ( as per the name plate I saw.)
I requested or a room near the elevator because I have a senior citizen with me and she thought I was requesting or a 20% discount. I said I have paid the room and I do not ask for the discount. Maybe there was a mis communication. She even was asking me is I am a member of AGODA, I said whats this? I just booked on line! Thanks, I read the guideline and actually I do not want to make comments , however I think I just have to inform my experience though its not that bad. Maybe the experience I had with this Ms. jean will help the hotel to guide their receptionist to be more kind and approachable. I thought booking on line will make my travel hassle free.Thank You.

7 & 8th floor surrounding could be improved after good spruce up and not to leave broken furniture, etc all over the place.

Lack of room facilities It's in the downtown ,good location not too far from pier about 15 minutes by taxi,only 50 peso.The good point is just next to Robinson Mall.The room facilities was unacceptable ,no hair dyer, no hot water,no TV cable, no tea pot and tea bag.However breakfast was ok .Over all personally I don't reccomend for a long stay.
