Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a rather dingy area.

I was not sure if it was safe for me to be out walking on the streets near the hotel as the hotel is located in a rather dingy area. It was only a short walk to Ayala Mall. All the staff that I came into contact with are very friendly and helpful. Transportation is also easy.
