OK hotel but nickle and dimes you at check out

Just an average hotel in Ceby City. Nothing special, the outside and the lobby look much better than the rooms. We stayed one night only. Most every hotel I have stayed while traveling around PI have supplied a couple bottles of purified water and a couple packets of intsant coffee, complimentary. But on checkout I was told all those things were extra there and was charged almost 300P for them. I complained but they didnt seem to care. They need to post that somewhere in the room or not supply it at all. Because of this I wont be back on my next visit to Cebu City.
