Our second room was large, clean and well maintain

The rooms in North tower are great

There breakfast buffet was fair, but lunch was very good. The front desk staff needs to pay more attention to the guests and stop talking to one another.
Hotel Feature Tip: Always ask for the North tower.

Although they are not 5 star luxury hotel and ancillary facilities for entertainment (the tour we travel, I have lived in other 5 star hotels, the price of error is large, the absolute subsidiary entertainment facilities and restaurants can not compare), However, due to the cost of affordable facilities is reasonable. in order to give customers lower the cost of parity the most intimate feedback is: the attitude of service staff very kindly, and provide customer satisfaction for breakfast, lunch and dinner you can also A lot like the recipe to find affordable and adequate meals.

The hotel was so packed, I guess because of the SINULOG event, room service is kind of slow.

An Amateurish Operation....

TV movie channels available; the convenience store in the lobby is well-stocked and the staff is very friendly. 10 minutes from Ayala Mall.

The first three items I ordered from the menu on the first night were 'not available.' The availability of items did get better after the second day, but the food quality was mediocre (how can you screw up calamares?). The size of the fish (tangigue) was half that of every other place at which I ate in Cebu...but the price was the same. The cleaning staff never replaced items from the mini-bar, depriving the hotel of easy revenue (and me of what I wanted, when I wanted it). This hotel is too cheap to provide hand towels in the bath room. Cheap foil packets of shampoo are quite difficult to open. The toilet seat was very loose: when I first opened the lid, it flew completely off onto the floor. Sitting on the seat was like taking a carnival ride. Fixed on the third of four days there. Totally inadequate number of electrical outlets...unless you don't want to use your computer, hair dryer, mobile phone charger, any other device, or any combination thereof at the same time. The hotel is directly on a busy street, with lots of road noise (day and night) for those lucky front-room guests. If your room is in the back of the hotel, you'll enjoy the early morning hammering of metal on metal from the junk yard (or something similar) on the other side of the back fence of the property. The location is not one from which you want to go walking. Heavy traffic on the street and a generally less-than attractive (safe?) neighborhood make that unwise.

We just booked the hotel because of our travel budget and they offered a good rate thus time. For my opinion there are better houses in the city ti stay.

Great Location but small standard rooms

Good Breakfast, Nice Lobby
5.3
you have to call the front desk before you use the pool. swimming pool opens at 7:00am until 9:00pm but its closed most of the time. it closes by itself as early as 8:00pm. you will have to wait for 30 minutes or more before someone gets to open the pool.
Hotel Feature Tip: Just be patient since the hotel is a bit understaff. You have to call frontdesk most of the time. Good for transient visitor. We may not go back to this place again. Bring in cash when you check in. You have to pay 500 pesos deposit to a cashier whose people skills needs a bit of improvement.
