Considering the rather low rate I did not expect much, and right so. room was very very old though not rundown. mattress uncomfortable. free wired internet now (they had charged for it until recently). room infested with ants, many even crawling in the bed. not exactly pleasant. location okay, a short ride from Ayala or IT Park. But so many good deals to be had in Cebu nowadays, so I would rather stay somewhere else next time, as I am not eager to share my bed with an army of ants...

One of our staff stayed here to visit our branch in Ayala. It is very accessible to the main business district. He can easily get a ride in the area since the street is one of the main arteries of the city.

what i like about sarrosa is that the room is very cozy. the food is great and the price is cheap. the location is almost very near to ayala mall and the it park. however i just wished that their tv would be led or lcd.

We liked this hotel so much that we decided to stay an extra 2 nights and just relax. We got a lot of work done since this was so close to businesses and downtown. Right between Ayala and SM shopping centers. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable, modern, clean, and priced right. I will be back, if not for work, for just a nice place to relax and enjoy doing nothing.

I have stayed at the higher end hotels in my previous visits to Cebu, but decided to give the Sarossa a go. I was very impressed with the service and was suprised with the quality of the rooms in the newly built side of the hotel. I find that the staff do not hassle you as much as the larger more expensive hotels. The only improvement I can recommend is on the food, the room service menu is ok but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
Nightlife Tip:
I suggest finding any bar that has a band playing, they all seem to be very talented.
