nice suite room but small beach front

I enjoyed the suite room that was offered by this hotel at per cent discount. The room has two sections, one master bedroom and one living room. It is good for a big family vacation, but unfortunately I was only alone in my room. The beach front was small and was only open until 5 pm. The location of the hotel is not good because you cannot walk outside to a nearby convenience store (it is inside a subdivision, you have to call a cab to go outside). The infinity pool was nice.

Got a nice breeze...but really no internet?
The rooms were large, The beach was rocky and small but still plesant. The buffet was alright for 1 day but 2 days is more than needed!

The bathroom left room for improvement. Small considering the room in the actual hotel. It was nice to have opening windows to get a cross breeze. Absolutely no internet access in the rooms though!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stick with the higher floors since they will get a view of the ocean.

it's nice location and good condition

we were in vistamar for 1 day only, but it was very impacted to us since it had nice beach and wide pool that is infinite to the sea. location is also not bad, it is near from cebu city, street is clean and beautiful. especially the water pressure is so good to take a bath but its steps seem to be a bit more professional..

the subdivision where sotogrande is located is to be established, so for now its quiet, for divertisement you need to go out by taxi. if you seek some days of relaxation its fine. well maintainded pool area, choice of 3 restaurants, club house at seafront.

Had an enjoyable stay. The only thing is that the hotel is quite far from the city or anything else. The beach is small but clean. Staff very friendly. Food is not that good.

Genuine Philippino hospitality in great location
Location gives a very peaceful ambience without being totally cut off from the world

Hotel is undergoing some refurbishment which will add to its appeal as it was off season with few guests catering was not fully operative but staff were helpfully and friendly. Internet connection is being extended throughout the hotel as currently only available in main building reception.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Rooms with direct access to beach will after refurbishment be really great as they also open onto a smaller pool area as well

it is a fine hotel for a romantic get away. it was a first rate structure. the pool was superb. it is just too far from cebu city for good shopping. the staff was very pleasant. i had no trouble with check in and check out. the cab fares in are minimum for each way. if you are there for quiet, it is ok. wi-fi was good most of the time. the food was average at best. just beware of the extra charges drivers try to charge for the city run! i would return with my girlfriend. perfect if we want a nice out of the way spot for quiet!
Restaurant Tip:
Go into the city for better food. The menu was poor and food is average!

The hotel worker is very kind but some taxi driver dont know the hotel location...it is a little bit problem.

Close to the water but the beach is small

Pillows like rocks. No internet in the rooms. Reasonably nice food at breakfast but a limited selection. If you are in a hurry don't go here. The taxi is not near so you wait a while for that.
