If you are searching for paradise - stay here!

My 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time. Our beach front villa was beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing. Everything was in easy walking distance.The pool was just stunning. The staff were super friendly too. Be aware that when you book you will need to take their small catamaran to get to the island so take note of the timetable on their web site. the only complaint would be that the choice of vegetarian food was not good!

the restaurant is nice. the traditional dancing performance during the dinner was nice. you can enjoy some good local food with reasonable price (around 30-40usd for 2)
swimming pools are nice.
it is quite far from everything else. so its a good place for family with kids. if you look for parties it may be a bit too far.

The massage parlor perched on the cliff is fantastic. Enjoyed the cool breeze, therapeutic sounds of waves and the relaxing touches of the masseur. Food was decent, and the cocktails were yummy! Room was very spacious and the verandah was very useful to hang out our diving stuff.
Diving around the island was awesome. Saw a whale shark swim past! Too bad the BCD look rather tattered, but otherwise it served its function

Sumilon Island is best for you if you are an adventurous person. They provide various activities for their guests such as trekking, snorkelling, kayaking, hobbycat sailing, swimming and so on.. We definitely enjoyed our entire stay. It's as if we own the place. We loved the sandbar, the food, the mountain, the ocean, the infinity pool, the view.. everything is great! Perfect! We will surely go back to this place given all the comfort, coziness, peacefulness and the endless opportunities they offer for their guests to enjoy and experience the beauty of the nature. I had a lot more to say but I'm running out of words. But I think the best words to describe this place is, "just like paradise".
