No tea and coffee making facilities. No tv. Our bathroom window was not an outside window but opened into the housekeeper's store room, so every morning we got woken but their chatter.Linen appeared unlaundered. Staff indifferent.No management available when asked at reception.Lighting around complex poor to no-existant..

i stayed one night in the cottage. it was located in a secluded location a little cottage i was not able to face the sea from the room, the room is very nice. insects were settled in the room, but was disappointing, warm all year round, so there is no way the philippines.

we stay here 5 nights. hotel location was perfect! own private beach we you can enjoy the sun. only 3-5 minute walk "the centre" of the island. we stay in cottage were is 4 rooms, but still it was very quiet. room was very nice, clean and big enough for two people. it also have big balcony were you can sit end of the day. staff was very helpful and friendly! on the beach bar you can get refreshments on the beach and delicious italian food on lunch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tepanee Beach Resort.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated.
The small private beach was very pretty, the small beach bar handy for drinks and lunch whilst the massages offered there on the beach were excellent value for money.
Would definitely go back!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Diving around Gato and an early morning dive to see the Thresher sharks.

The resort is located in a nice quiet place. It has its own sandy private beach where guests can go. In this beach snorkling is possible. I think it is much better than the places at Bounty Beach where the most hotels are located because that is always full of boats so I do not know where people swim. Next to it is Angelina restaurant which is popular and great place to have dinner. The room is really standard with a mosquito net around the bed. They clean the rooms every day. There are sunbeds but the best thing in this hotel they hire women who provide really great massage for not so much money. We had a massage every day. I wish I could have it again.

Front desk staff is so helpful. I made a mistake when I made reservation, when Agoda request I wait for the changing date feedback at least 1 working day, I directly go to hotel and their reply was so prompt. During my stay, front office staff is so lovely. Wifi is not strong especial in room, cottage doesn't have more features.
