Clean hotel, good location but noisy
Good location, clean hotel

I got room 107 which was close to the front desk. I had a hard time to sleep through the nights since it was really noisy. Right outside my room there was a speaker, I told the staff to turn it off and they did. But it was still noisy from ppl walking in the hallway and from the front desk during the nights. I complained about the noise since they had a policy that it should be quiet from 10 Pm.
My friend had a room on the second floor and didn't had any problem with noise. so choose second or third floor.
The breakfast was really bad, just sandwiches and water melon, nothing else.
The rooms are very small but clean. The location are really good with walking distance to the shopping mall Ayala.
Good to know is that the hotel doesn't allow instant couples. They want to have a paper that prove that you are married if you are a couple.
I will not recommend this hotel even if you are empty on money.

The location was close to the mall. The room was very small, with a faux window. The internet was not working in the room, I had to go to the lobby, which was busy and noisy. There was no drinking water in the room. The reason the mgr, gave was there was a holiday, the day before, and they couldn't shop ???

コストパーフォンマンスが良い。アラヤ・センターに歩いて10分。
比較的新しい。レイトチェックアウトが300ペソ。コンパクト。

アラヤ・センター・セブに近いので、買い物に便利です。部屋は、日本の小さいビジネスホテル位の広さです。寝るためだけの用途だと十分です。机が小さいので、パソコンを使うのはやや難があります。

新しいホテル（改築？）で、内装や設備は勿論、サービスも満足度の高いものでした
コストパフォーマンスかな。近隣のホテルに比べればリーズナブル

５泊滞在したので、スタッフも顔を覚えてくれてフレンドリーに接してくれましたよ。
徒歩２分程度の交差点にあるパン屋さんの「sio pao」（肉まんみたいな食べ物）が美味しかったです。

アヤラモールまで何とか歩けますが、直ぐ近くというわけではありません。
部屋は新しく悪くないのですが夜中でも通路から音楽が流れていて、少しうるさかったです。
食事は値段の割に少なく味も良くありません。
オーナーだと思いますが、食事中も業者と大きな声で話をしており、とても食事をする雰囲気ではありませんでした。
受付のスタッフはとても対応が良く、部屋も新しいので悪くないのですが、大通りに面しているわけでなく、何をするにも少し歩かないといけないのが気になりました。

見たところ、１階と２階しかないホテルでした。
1階で窓を開けるとすぐにホテル前の道路だったので窓が開けられなかった。
ネットもパスワードをもらったのだけどなかなか繋がらず諦めました。
金庫はなく、引き出しに鍵をかけるだけなので貴重品管理にすこし不安があった。
朝食はごはんにピンクの肉、目玉焼きという質素なもの。普通のホテルの朝食をイメージしているとがっかりします。まあこの値段でつく朝食なので…
部屋は悪くはなかったけど、ちょっと厳しいかなあ…

まだできたばかりで、とにかくきれい。スタッフのサービスも良いが、できたばかりからか、夕食はルームサービスのみでレストランは使えません。朝食付きですが、量は少ないです。メニューは典型的なフィリピン料理。ご飯と肉（ソーセージ）、卵が一皿にのっています。コーヒーか紅茶つきです。味はまあまあ良い感じです。部屋には、お湯ポットがなく、借りると１００ペソします。Wifiは部屋で快適に使用できます。安いので、お部屋は狭く感じるのは仕方ないですね。アヤラモールから１５分くらい歩きますが、歩ける距離です。長期滞在は、少ししんどいですが、短期滞在や長期でも部屋で寝るだけなら十分だと思います。
