This hotel was great for serving the purpose I was there for which was using the coworking location, just a 10 minute walk away. There's a coffee shop across the road and a big mall just a few hundred metres away. It's also a busy main road so taxis and tricycles are easy to catch.
The foyer area is large so when there were groups in the lobby it would often get noisy and echo but this never effected my sleep or stay. Internet was good in the foyer, not great in the rooms.
Staff were really friendly and the room was serviced daily and kept very clean,

i will stay there again when I go to Cebu. Only about 4 minute walk to Jmall where you can eat in many restaurants or MacDonalds and shop till you drop.also I large Sm supermarket for all your food needs

Good above average hotel, good location in the center of Mandaue, friendly but rather unprofessional staff, large and clean rooms. On the negative side, unfortunately, no hot water in shower and bathroom during all of our 48 hours stay, even though we complained every day to the reception and housekeeping staffs, but nobody seemed able or willing to solve the problem. Breakfast in the VIENNA coffee shop rather poor, fresh fruits meaning one tiny banana or 2 cm of water melon, Viennese cappuccino was neither Viennese nor cappuccino.

very nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff,
staff attitude, modern rooms, clean and organised, quiet air con.

room had a window which is good, but overlooked the main road, and was very, very noisy with traffic, and people eating and drinking outside, not happy about that. food in the restaurant was very average. was told internet available in the rooms, but it did not work, very disappointed in that, and should not be used as a marketing advantage.
