whenever we are in cebu we always look to stay here as it is close to everything and makes it easy to get around. unfortunately the downside is that guests frequently leave their doors open and shout across the hallways to other friends which disturbs everyone else

Tremendous value

Rooms are indeed small, but space is used efficiently and the quality of the bed, including linens, is that of a much more expensive hotel. I booked through Agoda, and the rate included 24-hour wi-fi, 24 hour TV, 24-hour A/C, and 2 sets of towels/toiletries, and it was a bargain. This hotel represents tremendous value, especially given its location. It is across the street from Ayala Mall, and I never got tired of walking around this beautiful, clean mall, shopping for necessities, and taking most of my meals there. When not seeing the sights or day-tripping, there's no better place to be than Ayala. And even though the hotel is spartan in many ways (no phones in rooms, no restaurant), the service is very friendly and accommodating. The maid for my floor always worked around my comings and goings, and did it with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't need a large room or a lot of amenities.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so a lot of guests end up using the 7-11 next door for their snacking needs, especially in the morning, as Ayala doesn't open until 10. Eating breakfast at 7-11 gets old real fast though, so you might want to pick up food (there are many markets and bakeries inside Ayala) that you could eat in your room before going out for the day or going to Ayala or wherever for a real meal.

The hotel is walking distance from Ayala mall but the only thing to complain about is their rooms that are so small and the check-out time which is 11 am instead of 12 noon.
Shopping Tip:
You can shop in ayala malls and no worry of getting a taxi since it's a walking distance to the hotel

I like the hotel primarily for it's location near Ayala Center. I felt safe all the time. I also like the 7-11 convenience store at the ground floor.
