It was my second time staying in this hotel. just love the location and and the cleanliness of the hotel. Plus you get what you deserve. i got the promo rate when i booked here so i got the best price. i can say that i will stay in this hotel again when i will be back in cebu. and would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Great Budget Hotel at the Heart of City

This budget hotel is a very good place to stay in. The bedroom and bath are both clean and smell fresh. We liked the ambiance of the room and even the lobby. The receptionists are accommodating and very courteous. I would love to stay here again if given a chance to visit Cebu in the future.

As with all my other stays the hotel was very nice indeed. I love the location and every time I stay at the hotel I am always certain it will be as good as the last time. Very consistent standard. Just remember the rooms are small so it's not such a good hotel if you are looking for a long term stay.

I am Satisfaid good location and good hotel for the money. Clean & quiet. Easy access to Ayala mall. Staff able to converse in English very well. Very helpful with taxi and arrangements with travel.

Got a deal for incuding aircon wifi and all that. For that price y get a clean but very tiny room but still good value as the room is fresh and still " new". Seems like the price has gone up lately though since the opening and its probably better options for their new prices now but if y find a good deal on agoda go for it. Close to ayala. Very small room but nice bed and just what y need for a good night sleep.

The location is fantastic in Cebu City.

The rooms are small, but clean.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is near Ayala Center, perfect for shopping. The possibilities for sightseeing is also very good and the taxies are cheap.

in downtown cebu city, near to ayala mall, central location

overall a nice hotel, within walking distance to ayala mall and business and it parks. very convenient. rooms are typically small but clean and very new. hotel staff very prompt and good service, friendly and helpful. however problem is with the wireless service, couldnt get connected throughout my stay there (2 days). hope this aspect can be improved.
