we stayed already several times, the booking always works, we have been also in tune-hotel bali/kuta too, it's a big advantage for us, that you can count on the same standard in different countries.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located right opposite of the big and famous Ayala-Center with hundrets of shops and all types of restaurants!

Basic but clean room!

The hotel was easy to find and when we got there the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly small, but as described and was clean and comfortable. It was as per the description and for the price paid, we could not fault it.

the hotel is located near ayala mall, it is situated near the mall and convenient store. the transportation is very available too. the room small is a bit small, it is not advisable for family travelers. if you need something you have to go down to the front desk to place your request. there is no telephone in the room. the aircon i ok and the tv is cable. when i complained about the dusty curtains, i asked the housekeeping to change it when they clean our room, the housekeeping won't change it because i have to go down first which was very inconvenient.

Convenient and affordable

We are 3 persons- my mom, sister and I. They did not charge for the extra person. The room is clean, new but small. I cant complain however. The staffs were very nice. There's a 7/11 down the hotel and ayala mall is just walking distance. Ther's no free breakast. But you certainly get the value for your money.

Room was small but clean and quiet. Our TV stopped working after about 1 hour but since there is not phone in the room we were not able to call for a resolution. Did not want to go to reception in our pajamas. Rest of the 1 night stay was fine.

Ayala mall across the street with plenty of restaurant options and shopping for necessities or souvenirs

Very accessible location the best part of it the hotel is just across the Ayala Center. The room is small but pretty clean. I recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

Rooms are small but fantastic beds..as good as Marriott anytime.
Restaurant Tip:
This hotel islocated in the heart of manillas red light district.VEry. Close to Manila bay and also the american embassy is about a 15 min walk.There isa 7-11 located inside the hotel along with a newly built restaurant.THe restaurant is nice but food is quite pricey.THe robinsons mall is within walking distance and is a better choice.THere are beggars everywhere so just beware.I really like the location in spite of the negatives.NIghtlife is everywhere !
