Perfect location at a very reasonable price
The hotel is located right at the heart of the City, just across the street is the very famous Ayala Center Cebu. It is also close to SM City Cebu. There is a 711 right beside the hotel where you can buy things you may need, as well as food and the like.

The room was quite small but it served its purpose -- for sleeping. We didn't stay much inside the room coz we were out all the time, visiting Cebu's famous tourist attractions and malls.
The bed was very comfortable and the hot & cold shower is so refreshing after a full day's tour!
A/C was good, Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating..

Convenient is the key
Hotel is very near Ayala Mall great for shopping, 711 store at night is pretty handy, clean

The hotel is cheap, but rooms are clean, and the location is VERY vERY good. Night Club, Coffee Shop, Convenient Store, and Shopping mall are located within walking distance.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Ayala Center Cebu its just within walking distance.

the hotel is strategically located at ayala. it is worth your money. unluckily, i wasn't able to get back my change after giving 200 pesos for wifi access worth 120 pesos for a 12 hour access. the hotel room though is not that big but good enough if you are on a budget.
Travel tip:
better book through agoda so that charges are all in. it is much cheaper than through tune hotel website.

stayed only one night. as the other reviews said, it's a nice place. very small rooms though and the bathroom without a shower courtain so beware while showering. the bathroom size is ok.
booking through agoda you already get all important add ons included.

The hotel provides us with the basic necessity and the room is cozy. The weird thing is there isn't peep hole on the door and no telephone in the room. So if your friends are on other floors, you'll have to knock on their doors to contact them.
