The Hotel is situated right in the heart of Ayala Mall and Business center. Just a walk away to the mall and a lot of good restaurants and Bars. The place just perfect for a place to sleep since the rooms are small, and no pool and restaurant. But a 7Eleven is located at the ground floor of the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again for its cleanliness and comfortable bed.

we occupied 5 rooms, and I can say that they are all clean and comfortable to stay but offers limited services. hotel is nearby the mall and it has 7-11 store outside so it is very accessible, likewise with the tourist spots in Cebu City. great stay, indeed!

This hotel is brand new, nice and clean. The location is just accross the street from the mall. The rooms are smaller but fresh and comfortable.You have to return your towels in the morning but its not that much trouble. Very helpful staff. there is a 7-11 right there for any little needs that you have.The one thing I noticed it that the shower door does not close and water spashes out on the floor.

if you are planning to stay in this hotel, book it through agoda, you will get all the add-ons for free, like 24 hours aircon, cable tv,etc...... the location is great, just beside ayala mall..... cleanliness of the room is also great...... definitely, we will stay here again when we come back to cebu.....

We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights during this stay. This was the first time we tried this hotel, we got curious because of the reviews. Normally if you book directly with the hotel it does not include the amenities, meaning you have to pay for your towel, aircon, cable and wifi. But if you book thru agoda it is all inclusive already.
Rooms were small but clean. The staff was great. We were stranded in bohol and they accommodated our request to transfer our things from the 3 rooms and transfer it to the 4th room, when we arrived our things were neatly arranged.
Staff were very professional. Especially the front desk. Special mention to Rubz, she was the one who accommodated all our request while we were stranded in bohol because of the storm signal.
Location wise, the hotel is directly infront of ayala mall. And there is a 711 downstairs which was very convenient.
This hotel is basic and no fuss. All in all, we were happy with our first encounter with this hotel. Do not expect 5-star amenities for the price you pay. I think that's common sense. If you want 5-star amenities then pay for 5-star.
In short, this is definitely value for the money. For short stays like 1-2 nights, this will suffice. If you stay longer you might start getting claustrophobic. Worth trying. :)

For the price I paid, I am satisfied with my stay at Tune Hotel. It is right across the street from Ayala Center and along a major thoroughfare where taxis and other public utility vehicles ply. It does not have all the hotel amenities such as room service, room in the phone, but it is very comfortable.
