the rooms are small but when on holidays you only need to be in room to sleep so good enough for that the housekeeping comes at anytime no set times no coffee making setup in room but there is a 7 eleven right next door the only problem i had was in room safe stuffed up on 2 separate occassions they didn't believe me when i told them i put password in once and come up error they kept telling me i had to remember password for the price it is well worth it and the guards r friendly and helpful
Shopping Tip:
have to go to Ayala mall a very good mall for shopping and alot of good places to eat on terraces there

conveniently located just across ayala mall, about 15 minutes to/from the cebu port and about 30 minutes to/from the mactan airport. hotel rooms are quite small but are very clean, wifi access is also available. we had an early checkin at around 12:30 but luckily there was no extra charge.
as an occasional traveler we find this hotel a very good value for money, especially for those travelers who prefer to roam around the city and will not stay much at the hotel. this hotel does not provide that much in terms amenities, no room service or even a resto (only pay for what you use). but there is a 7-11 store downstairs, and lots of restaurant choices at the nearby mall.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to experience the best of Cebu, there is a jeepney from Ayala mall that passes Mango mall where Zubuchon is located.

Fantastic Location!

i was about to book on this hotel directly on their website but luckily i checked agoda and found it. i was able to save a whole lot more because of this because i was able to avail on their promo. the hotel's concept is great because of the fact that you'll pay the room rate of your choice and then pay more for the add-ons that you like, such as tv or access to the internet whether for a 12 or 24 hours duration. i highly recommend you book earlier before your stay, probably about a month in advance to get the early bird promo. having that stated, agoda gives out the maximum add-ons as well so you don't have to pay anything else! the 42" led tv had crisp receptions, although i had just used it for an hour or so since i was using my laptop most of the time. on the other hand, the downside is that, the hotel didn't have a restaurant, although there was a store on the ground floor (7/11) where you can purchase some snacks. i didn't go there to buy food since there was a limited selection. what i did was i've ordered online for food deliveries instead. with regards to the location, it is fantastic! ayala mall is just a few steps away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Head over to the Terraces (Ayala Mall). There you will find a wide selection of Restaurants which sort of fills-in to the hotel's lack of food facilities.

Convenient with Good location

I was travelling in Philippines about two weeks ago. I took a late flight from Manila to Cebu, and need to stay overnight in Cebu before I continue travelling to Oslob to the my favorite gentle giant - whaleshark. I picked Tune Hotel not only because it was less expensive, but also because its location is close to the South Bus Terminal in Cebu. This way, I can take a longer rest and still get to the bus terminal early in the morning.
I like Tune Hotel also because it is very well managed with clean room, clean sheets. Although the room is small, it feel very comfortable. For only one night, there is no problem at all.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Unlike regular hotels, Tune Hotel will give the guests a bag when they check in. What's in the bag is towel, tooth paste, etc. I don't know why by this is kind of interesting.

Tune Hotels has a good concept especially for budget travelers like me...pay only for amenities you need. Although the rooms come cheap, there is no compromise when it comes to quality of the room and amenities, not to mention the courteous and helpful staff they have. The rooms are fairly sized, bed is comfortable, large flat-screen TV, clean toilet and bath with hot and cold shower.
Tune Hotels Cebu is conveniently located near transportation terminal and very close to Ayala Mall.
