great location very near ayala center. also near the jeepney terminal. rooms are clean and nice bathroom. it's really a good value for your money. however, the airconditioner was quite loud and had some difficulty sleeping with the noise it created. would recommend tune if you are looking for a low budget hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Casa Verde at the Ayala Center. Great ribs for the price.

The hotel is 3 minutes walk from Ayala and the public transportation terminal; the neighborhood is nice. The only bad thing I experienced was the presence of tiny, tiny flies in the room when i first checked into the room, which I took care of myself. Once they were out of the way, things were fine.
The room was small, just enough for a double bed, a folding desk, a flat screen TV and two bedside tables. Interiors are bright, cheerful and modern. The bed is comfortable and showers are good. There's a 7/11 store downstairs for sudden cravings.
I wish they would have a proper coffee / deli / breakfast shop though, so one doesn't need to go out in the early morning.
All in all, a nice, basic, accessible hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Metro Ayala Supermarket has a lot of local delicacies that you can try.

I would definitely use this hotel again when staying in Manila. The only downside was the lack of space to put things or hang clothes.

near the heart of the city and next to the ayala mall lots of shopping night life and dining. a 7/11 right next door. clean new hotel great staff. rooms are small but well worth the price

rooms are okay - very clean, a lot of tv channels to choose from, fast wi-fi connection, convenient store just at the groud floor of the hotel, ayala mall is just across the street. it is better to book this hotel online for the full package. earliest check-in is at 11am but will need to pay additional.

A five star hotel experience on a one star price

we were surprised that the size of the matter was not as small as we expected. it was actually even bigger than the hotel we stayed at in singapore to think that the latter was much more expensive. the hotel is new. it was clean and we loved the bed. the location is superb as well being just across ayala center cebu. the staff were all friendly and accommodating. wifi is okey as well. overall, it was an awesome experience to stay in tune.

Overall experience during my overnight stay was okay. Location was great. For a lesser cost, it's better than some old hotels, if one can live with just the basics. My only complaint was the clogged drain in the shower and the bed was not as firm as I would have liked. Every time my companion turned, I could feel the bed moving, and vice versa. But like they say, you get what you pay for.

this is a conveniently located mall... just at the back of one of the big malls in Cebu. a good place to stay, value for your money. pick the features you want, you can even leave baggage for later pickup if you have a late flight back home. late checkouts are also allowed.
overall a good place to stay for budget travellers.
