Nice hotel
Cattages are adjuscent to the beach and is facing the sunrise.

I will consider rate of 10 for maintenance for suroundings is 7/10. Some of the banners, coke casings, old wooden logs are left visible to visitors..
Travel tip:
Its a nice place for retreat and family bonding. Other than that not much, its one of the best 3 star resort to consider.

Nice quiet beach resort

The rooms are a little dated compared to sotogrande and la mirada, the other 2 hotels on the resort, but the facilities and beach-front location are great. The restaurant is decent if a little expensive compared to what you could get if you went outside. Good place for couples or young families looking for quiet place to stay by the sea.

Great Place and Service

We had a lot of fun staying here. Though it was quite far from the city proper, it was a relaxing place to stay in. the service was superb. they are very friendly and made our stay memorable.

Quiet hotel perfect for soul searching
The attendants always serve with a smile even if you dont give them tips. The hotel is big but it is very quiet and very private.

I saw the hotel pictures over the net and I thought I have seen everything. My parents love the place and the place is really nice if you see it in person. The rooms are big enough and are clean. Housekeeping are also available if you need it.
Secluded location--
The place is far from the main travel points. You would have to request from the front desk for a taxi if you want to go out. The taxi will then ask for additional 50pesos. So defining your goal will help you decide if this resort suits you.
Hotel Food--
I was not able to taste it as i was on a medical program, but as per my family the food was average. The serving is usually good for 2-3persons. Prices are above average.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy everything you need before checking in, so you wont have to pay for additional taxi fares in and out the hotel.

Check in into the hotel in afternoon, was immediately mesmerize by the awesome view in the resort. you can see the whole sea right from the lobby and your room, the resort be asset was definitely the pool as you take a dip in the pool with the sea breeze and excellent view of the ocean what can you ask for. =p absolutely relaxing.
The hotel room was clean and spacious, service from the staff was prompt and always service with the smile.
As for outdoor activities, not need to worries about traveling far to take a boat out to snorkeling or scuba because the boat is just right over the hotel shores ready to pick you out for a outdoor fun at the beautiful seas of cebu. highly recommended to all ppl in different ages.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Always try to ask around other offer as there is always a cheaper offer somewhere.

a good place to stay but service is lousy

we had a good stay at the hotel but since it's an isolated place they should have a hotel transport for their guest because the transport rental there is very costly and not justifiable for the distance. they landline phone is always not accesible, i was trying to call them to check on our shuttle pick up from the airport, we can't even contact the hotel and in the end the transport never came, we waited for one hour. when we get to the hotel, the receptionist told us that only one room was reserved for us instead of two because the other one was under repaired. so in the end they transferred us to souo grande hotel and spa. the point is, they already know the situation so they must act on it ahead of time so guest won't need to wait for so long to be able to check in. it's quite shameful coz i went there with a group of foreign guests and they were so disappointed waiting for the services that they should provide us promptly. the 2pm check in became 4pm after all the waiting.
