I have not stayed at the hotel as planned - I booked one night via Agoda in the morning and planned to catch the afternoon ferry to Cebu, and fly out from there one day later.
However, due to a little bit of wind (I am from a rather rough climatic area, so what they call bad weather felt a bit like a joke to me), all ferries later that day got cancelled. Therefore if was impossible for me to complete the trip as planned. Hotel was of course already paid for.
After contacting Agoda and them negotiating with the hotel, the hotel agreed to refund the money charged to my credit card.
Thus, a big "THANK YOU" to the hotel and Agoda!
P.S.: As I have to give marks for every category, I put "4" into every category but "Value" and "Service", which I rate at "5".

we stayed one night before heading off to a resort. location is good for an early flight or late arrival. the room however is dated with many stains on carpet and such, seriously in need of renovation

Rooms were well appointed and clean. The pool is large and there is a gym for those who want to keep their fitness up. Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety and eggs etc cooked to order and delivered to your table. Meals are a little expensive for what you get which is usual for large hotels. Taxis from the hotel are cheap and staff take steps to ensure your security with the taxis.
Nightlife Tip:
Aurora KTV at opposite end of hotel from Casino has everything the solo traveller needs for a good night!

This now aging property has been kept up pretty well. It is nowhere near as nice as its sister in Cebu City but for an airport hotel it is adequate. Nice restaurants.

Quite disappointing coming from the Lahug, Cebu Waterfront. Old units with not so pleasant smell; poker area in the casino had very bad smell, needs keeping up.

Super Convenient

great experience. i have stayed at several other hotels in cebu and all were good but i did not like the 30 minute drive time through town to get to them. then having to arrange for a cab to take me back to the airport the next day. this hotel is great. nice amenitied and right across the street from the airport. very convenient. will definately stay here again.

If you have never been to the Philippines before and you are in Cebu or where ever just for a stop over. Convenience is the key

We stayed at this hotel before our flight out of the country. The hotel and the rooms were getting old although they have a traditional ambiance. We were not interested in the casino. We used the pool and exercise room. The breakfast was excellent. The complementary shuttle took us to the front of the international terminal with all our bags.
Travel tip:
It is an expensive hotel so book in advance on Agoda.
