The staff were friendly and polite
with excellent service in most areas, specially the restaurant.
The buffet breakfasts were very well served.
We enjoyed very much with our family and friends, who we invited for a reunion at a Sumptous Buffet Dinner in the restaurant. The entertainment at the lobby was very enjoyable
and relaxing. Everyone had a real good time.
The Deluxe Suite was very spacious and well furnished.
Every comfort was there for us to entertain and enjoy.
It was very handy to the airport. We enjoyed our stay and
felt secured as well.
Restaurant Tip:
Well served Buffet, great food and great entertainment.

staff are very good and always willing to please, the place has good rooms and is always willing to assist guests if a problem does arise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go for boat trip over to one of the islands close by to lapu lapu, you will enjoy it very much.

nice location but the place needs an upgrade

i took some pictures in our room and have them for review, they show many things that needed attention right away and i failed to see just why no one is doing anything to improve the place.
on the other side of that matter is the fact that this hotel has great staff and a good location but the rooms are showing signs of wear and an upgrade is needed right "now"?
room service is very good with fast service and good foods to go along with it, however at times no one is picking up the front desk phone when i called it on three separate tries.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the location and the staff are its best feature.

well, i hate to say this but the waterfront hotel has twice now been late for the room to be ready for us even after the established check-in time. the staff are very nice, friendly, kind and considerate. the deluxe suite is the preferred room for us as it offers lot's of space. the restaurant is very nice and has great food. the casino is spacious, lot's of slot machines but the table games are somewhat less than las vegas or st louis casinos. i cannot stress enough the politeness of the staff and their great attitude. however, when i asked the question "when i pay for a late check-out you charge me pesos. since your making me check-in late are you going to pay me." that question was ignored and never answered.
Shopping Tip:
SM Mall, S&R and the SM Hypermart are fantastic places to go shopping. As a matter of fact, the SM Mall is so big with so many stores I get lost in the place. Gerry's Grill is an excellent place to have lunch and a beer and offers outdoor seating also.

breakfast is very good. spas is very cheap but my ex-hubby who is a malaysian chinese they only give 10% discount.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must go to city and try the local food that cebu have, must visit Magellan's cross and the Sto Nino Shrine.

Great airport hotel
Convenient, rooms were spacious and very clean, generous breakfast included

this hotel is very nice. we literally walked across the parking lot and up some stairs to the hotel lobby. room was very nice with large bathroom and small kitchenette area. we were only there for about 12 hours, however it was a great place to relax prior to continuing our travels.

we were looking for a hotel near the airport since our flight the following day is at 6 in the morning this is the nearest hotel to the airport. was so glad when the people in the hotel's booth offered a car service for us to the hotel even if we are only to cross the street. but sad when i ask if we can convert our free breakfast to dinner even if we will pay additional because they did not allow it. we paid for our buffet dinner and had our breafast packed.
