Not the best
close to airport walking distance

Rooms were dirty, offered extras did not work, staff not as friendly as most hotels there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is located right next to Cebu Airport you can walk the short distance to the hotel.

Old but well built
Convienent and only 50 meters from airport gate

Very close to the airport gate, just next. For late arrived guest, i would recommend strongly for one night stayover.

Hotel is located walkable distance to Mactan airport, Cebu.
So it would be great just like us, flying Cebu using night flight.
Breakfast was ok and room condition and beddings are also in good shape!

Staff stood idle as I took my own bags to my room. Shower is cold. hotel needs refitting. poor value for money.

Good service and nice room

This hotel have a great service and good location.
They also have casino in hotal and also have outdoor pool.
I use to have business trip in cebu and I'll choos this hotel again if I go there.
Restaurant Tip:
Good dinner buffet and you have to try traditional dessert. made from ube.

good location at the airport
staff are very service oriented in most areas.

hotel appears to be run well enough, what in the western world would be a 4 or 5 start award in most cases but when we arrived we found no towels were in the bathroom and this was 03:00am in the night time hours and we had a deluxe suite.
a question was also raised about the drinks bar that had not been filled with the correct items and they wished for me to pay for some items that we had never even touched nor checked upon when we first used the suite, later this was reversed and they admitted a wrong doing in that area of housekeeping.
they never offered us any future discount nor made any type of other offers for our rather sub standard treatment, and this is not a cheap hotel either.
Hotel Feature Tip:
check your room with great care !!!! and make sure that everything is in it before doing anything else or you might find yourself with a problem later on at check out or even before

Lovely hotel,with great service
Great location to airport

Istayed at the hotel for 4 nights,had a great time,good room ,great breakfast,hotel very clean,hotel staff friendly and helpfull.Just across the road from airport,but only a cheap cab ride from Cebu city,Ayala and SM malls.Fantastic breakfast,also eat in the resteraunt and had food delivered to room both good and reasonably priced.Iwill stay there again on my nexst trip to Cebu

Lovely hotel and great service
The cafe good spread of food and super service.

very good service from front desk to resturant except for the average service in the casino. love the spread of food service and with a friendly team serving the customers. the only set back was that there were couple of waiter (in the afternoon) that surprisingly do not understand english.

the room average but the staff service excellent. from tke lobby staff to the resturant cannot have other better word except that "levely hotel with a thousand smile and top notch service level" but of course px for the resturant on the expensive side but worth the value as the buffet with wide spread.

Very nice hotel . not a 4 star yet but very nice.
Big room, nice bed, Tv, Etc..

over all very pleasant stay. would book there again, only through "agoda" though. their price is about usd to much i think! only one problem i could see. don't request much, because it seems like it's a bother to them to process your request. over all was a good stay.
