I have had several stays at the Waterfront and it is always a pleasure to come back. Once again there was a small problem that the room was not ready when I arrived and so the staff imediately upgraded my room. No business runs without any problems and the fcat that they were very quick to resolve myt problem was much appreciated.
For a traveller the location immediately next to the airport is a big plus
Hotel Feature Tip:
Its obviously not a regular occurrance but i was fortunate enough to be there for the pacquio/moseley fight which was shown live on a big screen in the casino. A great occasion and only second to have actually been there!

very close to airport but very far from downtwn cebu

it was rainy when i checked in the hotel. The room i was in was huge and one can play basketball in the receiving room. i have the flat screen tv with sat reception. Service is adequate. although the breakfast menu is enough the hotel can improve on the menu.
overall i enjoyed my stay. if one is to casino, then use this hotel

you can walk to this hotel when you arrived lately from cebu airport. there are small pool and casino. so you can easily enjoy. when i arrived at this hotel, they upgraded my room from superior to excutive. so im so happy

we checked in nearly 11pm as this was our transit point for our singapore flight early morning the next day. beware, their airport booth is already closed at 10pm so we did not have any transfer service to the hotel.
do not walk to the hotel. take the cab, it will charge you less than 60 pesos so spare yourself the ordeal of climbing up the stairs and walking.
the room assigned to us had a malfunctioning aircon and it took them 4 hours to transfer us to another room. imagine, we checked in at 11pm, and we were transferring room at 3AM that's 3 hours before we were scheduled to check out.
the front desk staff was not really helpful. i asked for packed breakfast upon check in but was told in the morning that i did not request such. good thing, the waiter who gave us the room service when my kids had their midnight snack was kind enough to arrange for our take out breakfast.
