Its closeness to the airport, wonderful service and ammenities. Out of my 3-day stay, couldn't find any room for improvement. It was quite a surprise that in spite of the hotel's age, it is maintained in such a way that should be appreciated by every guests. The cleanliness of the entire facility and courteousness of every staff reached the highest level of my standard as a traveller. I'll make sure to stay in the same hotel on my next trip to Cebu!

Performance of room air conditioning Despite the cons listed above, one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in this region.
Food is first class, staff are pleasant, happy, and genuinely want to assist. I hope the staff here never change, well done!

Restaurant Tip : Try the Nasi Goreng! Best I have had in my life!

Good location, the next door from airport, large clean light rooms, good service. Luxury 4* hotel is very clean, perfect restaurant, everything is beautiful. The main advantage is that it is very near to the airport. Very often people come to Cebu just for a couple of days to travel to Bohol and visit Magellan Cross and Lapu-Lapu Monument. When people arrive and leave Cebu it is not required to use a taxi. The airport and the hotel are within a walking distance from each other. Lapu-Lapu Monument and Ferry terminal to Bohol are 15 minutes away by taxi. Magellan Cross is a little bit far – 25 minutes.

Not a nonsmoker friendly hotel If you just want to have a quick stop at Cebu (our main destination was Bohol,but decided to stop for a night in Cebu to lessen the stress of continous travelling),and need a convenient, luxurious, comfortable stay near the airport, look no further. Staff were friendly and accomodating, were able to give the rooms we requested for, (except we notice that there were not really too many non-smoking rooms/floors), ambience was great, breakfast was hearty and a wide selection was available. Overall stay was positive and will not hesitate to stay at the same hotel, for the same reasons.
Travel tip : If you have time and money to spare, an hour at the casino might just be quite exciting. The spa seems ok too, but, unfortunately, didn't have time to use it.

Proximity to the airport. Everything apart from being near the airport. The rooms were damp and smelly. Using the aircon made it worse. The carpets and bed were so damp we slept dressed with towels on the pillows to keep the damp away. We didn't complain as we arrived exhausted after a delayed flight at 01.30 but left at 08.00

Very good price through Agoda. Problems with the internett connection, but got excellent help. The staff was very friendly, helpfull and nice.
The room excellent, clean and well equiped. Very convinient location as to the distance to the airport - just a short walking distance. The atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant is very good. The food - their buffy is really something.
In short - excellent, I'll be back.
Travel tip : Near the airport, still quit and comfortable.

Big rooms, close to the airport, friendly staff High prices for drinks - a juice can cost 150PHP A good hotel if you want to be close to the airport. Breakfast was not very inspiring. Room had a mustiness to it but the bed was very comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel at aroung 12pm and had to wait for our room until almost 2pm, which was a little annoying. Other hotels i have stayed at had offered some kind of welcome drink or something but they just made us wait. We stayed in a poolside room, which was very nice, clean and right at the pool. The staff was very nice and all in all it was a great stay. Especially the little cart was very convenient since the resort was pretty big. You were able to order it at any time and go from one place to the other without having to walk all the time. The only thing i would complain about was the expensive food, especially that the breakfast was not included in the already expensive hotel price and that the beach strip was very small.

We stayed only 1 night because of an early flight. The hotel suits everyone who can afford the price.
Travel tip : We stayed 3 nights in Cebu Midtown Hotel. The Waterfront is clearly better and also more expensive. One needs a taxi to go anywhere from the hotel.
