It's great, quiet and a big compound.
The casino,the restaurant and is very quiet.

I have a nice time especially at the casino.
I visited a Japanese restaurant, the food was nice and the price resonable.
There are also a few good Korean restaurant beside the hotel.
The room is comfortable.
The only thing I can't understand was why we can't get a taxi outside the lobby where we check out.
Instead we have to take a lift to the basement to get a taxi and is quite a distance.

Good value for money but a little too overrated.

The price that we got from Agoda was a steal because for a reasonable price, we had a sumptous buffet breakfast for 3, an extra bed, a small but clean room and access to all the hotel's amenitities. True to the other reviews, the hotel is very near local restos with affordable prices for a wide range of budget. The driveway of the hotel (the one that opens to Salinas Drive) is directly in front of the Cebu IT park which in itself has a lot of fastfood joints and restaurants. We need not even look far for the famous Zubuchon because one is located in "The Walk", a central hub of restos located within the IT park. Salinas Drive too is a haven of restos and bars on either side of the road. The hotel is situated far from downtown Cebu but is quite near uptown Ayala district (5-10 mins away), SM shopping mall and the Cebu pier (15-20 mins away) sans traffic. The hotel lobby has this luxurious feel and despite the well-dressed staff, people are welcomed into the hotel without discrimination as to what they wear; hence you get this feeling that the hotel is part of the local community. The staff are friendly, courteous and are quite helpful too. The gym is great with a lot of functional equipment despite not being new. Due to its name, you'd think its surrounded by water or pools for that matter but the pools are quite small for the hotel's size. There is also a disconnect between the luxurious and modern feel of the hotel lobby and the tired, antiquated ambiance of the room. Needless to say, the rooms need to catch up with the modern times. Overall, our hotel experience was satisfying and memorable and my family and I look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable stay in a good quality hotel

The hotel is good but the rooms, especially the ensuite bathrooms, are showing the need for refurbishment. Soon the value for money of staying here will start to tumble if no action is taken
