out of the town centre and the rush hour traffic can be a nightmare Check in was quick and easy, the staff were excellent and professional, the room was satisfactory, but the bathroom could do with a face lift. I am not a big gambler, but had a pleasant trip to the casino. Theer are pleanty of bars and restaurants in the hotel complex, I didn`ty try them all but of the ones I did try the food and service was excellent, breakfasts are great, I have been in Malaysia for 6 years, so I was very pleased to have a proper breakfast for a change, There are plenty of Shopping malls withing 15 minutes, which kept the wife happy.
Overall I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again

Grand Hotel, Breakfast Buffet, Swimming pool area, Coach service to shopping malls, clean and safe. Front desk service (waiting time for checking in is between 30-45 minutes), room cleaning staff comes too early in the mornings (between 8:30-9am), shower was leaking and the vanity tap was not working properly. I had high expectation of this hotel but was vanished the time I waited for almost an hour in checking in. The staff at the front desk seemed not too attentive to customer's needs or perhaps the hotel management need to review staffing positions at the front desk? One night we had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurant and attempted to bill amount to our room but waiter at the restaurant advised that I cannot do this as per instruction from the front service desk. I later checked with front counter staff about this and was told that it was their mistake as hotel system record was not done properly. On checking out I was told that the 4,000 pesos deposit through my credit card was put as 'Sale' by the person that checked me in 5 days ago. I was further told that this was a mistake and will be refunded to me once they contact their local bank. I insisted that they refund me that money on the spot but was advised that hotel do not have facility to do this but had to go through a bank for refunds. Not impressed, as a 5 star hotel service is poor, front service staff seemed to be clueless to do their job properly. I have yet to see my monies refunded, I was given a name to contact and they will hear from me if monies are not refunded in due time.
Shopping Tip : Hotel provides transport to shops and pickup as well.

the convention was in the hotel, breakfast was good, and hotel offered free shuttle from hotel to SM and Ayala Cebu. check-in, staff seemed incompetent. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : ask the concierge how you can book for a day trip to Bohol and see the Chocolate Hills.

Good maintenance of room, at the centre of the city easy access to all direction. 10 minuntes taxi drive to the Cebu biggest SM Mall. A bit noisy due to many people coming for the casino. Every time I go to Cebu, I will stay at WaterFront Cebu, because it's convenient to travel from there to any spot of the city. The hotel also have good arrangement on tours to nearby Bohol Island. Me and my wife have asked the hotel to help arrange the trip to Bohol to see the chocolate hills, and it was a wonderful trip, the price is reasonable. If you like to have a few hands at the casino, this is the best location to stay in Cebu.

The location is excellent,for both Waterfront hotels. I have no complaints about this group. The location is excellent , for both waterfront hotels, I have stayed in both ,the one in Cebu city and the one on Mactan Island near the Airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is of world standard . These hotels are high standard, I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one. Well done to everyone involved. Thank you for the wonderful stay

I did't see any weakness in the hotel, except the rate its littel high I like the hotel too much, it's very nice, Im going to rent it for my next visit and I recommend it for every body, but the rate is littel

Very large and lots of activity.Large choice of restaurents.Casino attached. Casino Attached....so you need to be in control else you would land up being in the casino 24 hours and not in your room:-) Very nice property....lobby always filled with people....almost 9 restaurents to choose from....very well equipped gym.Casino in attached and operates 24 hours.More than 550 rooms so good place to check-in if you like large properties full of people and activity.Choice of restaurents makes you spoilt. One of the largest breakfast and buffet spreads I have experienced at that price level.Overall a good property at that price.

The staff was friendly but the hotel is too big if you want to be familiar..! Needs some repainting, especially the rooms. Arrived to the hotel 16th of January. Stayed 4 nights. We had a lot to do/arrange in the city during these nights. Couldn't use the hotel facilities that much. That's wy I sad that the hotel was a little to big/expensive for our needs. Staff very good. Food very good. Breakfast very good. Pool area nice. The rooms needs some repainting etc. Overall a very good hotel. Will recomend it to others.

Casino inside, decent food, polite staff. In Cebu City not really near anything. Bellhops stand in your room expecting tips unlike other hotels. Too many outside guests. Unless you are a big gambler I would not recommend staying here. I stayed one night and changed my mind and checked out. There are lots of outside guests as the casino attracts a lot of people, so there is always a crowd at your hotel. We were there during Sinulog, so a bigger crowd was expected. Small rooms for what you pay for. We checked out and went to PLANTATION BAY.. truly amazing. Best place I've ever stayed. Unless you have business in Cebu city, I would recommend staying on Mactan island as there are better accomodations there and lots of beach resorts.

You can experience good room, daytime at pool, nighttime in casino. The hosipitality of staff is very friendly. Without going out the hotel, you can enjoy the resort. To find the shopping arcade or restaurants around the hotel is tough. You need to use taxi to go to downtown. This hotel is one of the best condition as resort hotel where I stayed, well-equipped room, pool, good food, 24hrs Casino, and above all the good hospitality of Philippino staff. Their friendly but professional care is different from other Asian countries which comes from the good nature of them.
Restaurant Tip : Around the hotel, there are a few restaurants. But turning left from the gate of hotel, within 5 minutes you can find the local food restaurant GOLDEN CUISINE. It's better to go there earlier in evening because it seems to be full at 7pm. Taste and price is great.

We were able to watch Paquiao boxing match, live! Our vacation there was great. They offered yummy breakfast buffet. I love the lobby but it's just too dim for me that time. I guess they prefer the christmas tree lights which was not so lit also.

The breakfast buffet was excellent! I was impressed how they improved it compared before. That was high class! -I love the pool too. They do have to change their tv though. Old model compared to Marriott.

Friendly and helpful staff members. They shouldn't make it obvious if they wait for a tip. The staff members were good and friendly. They are more friendly to foreigners though, what you can expect. -Overall, we enjoyed staying there for 3 nights. Hope they will give you a discount if you book many rooms for those nights.
