Just right for it's price
near abreeza mall and the pier going to Samal island

it was close to the venue (microtel) where i've attended a seminar, but a bit cheaper. it's also near the airport, but quite far from downtown. i had to make a 15 min walk to reach the closes 24-hour restaurant, since i've arrived late due to a delayed flight. it was worth the discounted price, but if it were the full price, i think i will have some second thoughts. staff are accomodating and room is clean, but i can't seem to control the aircon unit in my room.

Sufficient hotel with service when asked for it.
Fairly close to the Airport and the Taxi was easy

the agoda request was there on arrival. the room was clean but with powerful smells of chemicals. staff was very responsive. morning breakfast was typical for philippine breakfast and delicious. located on a busy street where there were constant road noise but we overcame it with the a/c and big flat screen tv. we extended an extra night and that room rate was about 250 pesos cheaper than what i paid through the agoda "discount" site...not cool.

Good size bed, clean, well resourced room, very good price for what you get, nice breakfast, helpful staff

nice clean hotel

this was a lovely hotel it was very clean and the staff were very good. it was not far from the airport and it was not to far away from the city of davao . there was a good resteraunt in the hotel and a bar . the food was good , and it was a very good breakfast , it was comfortable to sleep , and it was very good value for the money . i would recomend it and surly i would stay there again . there is a shopping mall nearbye , also it was very easy to get a taxi

bad location and small rooms

the location is about 10-15 min drive from downtown,so not that good.On the site they said wifi in rooms,but there was no wifi at the room during my 5 days stay there,reception said at the coffee shop,but signal very weak and lost connection so much,also the coffeeshop doesnt have a barista,never coffee available ,only softdrinks.
THe food you could order there was very good and not expensive.The breakfast however is very poor,nescafe,powder juice and choice of few filipino food and just eggs as foreign food with toast.
Laundry can be done there min charge 3 kg 150 peso,across the street 20 peso a kg:-)
Restaurant Tip:
5 min walk from the hotel there is a place called damosa where there is an excellent coffeshop serving Lavazza and gelato and few restaurants

hotel was easy to find, its the closest to the airport and was no problem getting a taxi at 4 am to the airport. hotel was clean and well priced for the standard.

Descent Accomdations for the Money

Sadly during our stay the city of Davao decided to work on the water main which was supposed to interrupt water service for only one evening. In typical fashion, this turned into two + days without water. Although the water was eventually turned back on, the hotel's water system was unable to be turned back on immediately after the water was. Im not sure why that is as I understand these systems...my take on it was the hotel Engineering staff was not available when needed.
The hotel sent us 3-5 gallon water bottles and a pail. Im sure you can imagine how the toilet and i smelled after 2+ days without water.

Neat little boutique hotel

this is what i would term a budget hotel, convenient for the airport. not luxurious, but adequately comfortable for a one or two nights stay. rooms are small, sparely furnished and the bathroom smaller still. complementary breakfast was slightly predictable and i didn't get to check out the wifi service. staff friendly, but this is an amateur hotel priced at the right level for the return. not a hotel i would choose again unless i had a late night flight arrival or an early morning flight departure
